Cons:When I arrived at the registration counter at ROC airport on the evening of 6/9/2017, the person told me they didn't have the car type that I reserved, and they would need to charge me $10 per day. I asked them if I had a choice other than to pay it, and the person said no. That is not appropriate. Customer service told me the next day, I shouldn't have agreed to the extra $10 per day, and by doing so I was accepting the extra charge. They promised me a refund of the $20, but really, at 12:30 am when I arrived, I just wanted to pick up the car type I reserved and agreed to pay for and go. A positive customer experience was not created.
Cons:When I arrived they said the price on my reservation from kayak was a misprint and charged me significantly more for the rental!
Pros:The booking process was very smooth and we got a good deal by booking via mobil phone

Cons:Have Bluetooth available in the car. In my car Bluetooth was unavailable or blocked. I cannot register my phone. There were many other phone from previous users registered.
Woman that checked me in was great . Which made pick up and drop both very smooth
