Cons:The car was absolutely filthy. Potato chips, hair, dirt. It had obviously not been cleaned at all. The employee gave me $10 off. But the car was really filthy.

Cons:Pickup / drop-off awful. If theres rain, Avis/Budget requires customers to walk in the rain to terminal to return cars rather than have staff in return lot. Lines in parking lot trying to find a parkingspot(again need staff) and lines in terminal for returns. Enterprise/Alamo/Hertz had on-site staf
