Cons:Desk accidentally noted 10PM instead of 10AM so they didn't have a car until us until 1PM - and not apologetic about it at all.

Pros:Everything- the guys (at the Budapeshstrasse) ran out of the basic model (no fault of their own, was the system's) but they went above and beyond to provide us another car.

Staff was superb and the car was great. It was quite easy to drop off car at the end when I understood where the drop off point is. I really enjoyed this experience

Cons:I was charged over $1500 in fake damages. After reading other user reviews, turns out this is a normal occurance. Will never trust Avis or Budget again. And this is coming from a frequesnt renter.
