Pros:They didn’t have the car we wanted so they upgraded us at no charge
Pros:Super friendly staff at both locations
Cons:There was no rental car available and we had to cancel our reservation.
Cons:They had no cars available at my reservation time. Said they would "upgrade" me to a minivan if I could wait for it to be returned within the hour. I didn't have and hour to wait, and am not comfortable driving a vehicle that big, especially when traveling a long distance alone.
Pros:Quick check-in
Cons:Car smelled horrible with cigarette smoke. We tried to switch cars but no other cars were available so we were stuck with a miserable 4 hour drive. There is no way that someone didn't notice this when they were inspecting the car.
Pros:Nice people, quick and easy pickup and drop off.
Cons:The car needed alignment. It was shuddering on the highway during the entire 4 hour drive.
