Cons:I spent an hour and a half in line to pick up the car and when it was finally my turn I was told there were no cars available except for a 12 passenger commercial van. If I hadn’t insisted they would have never gave me another option. There were a bunch of hidden fees, had to call to get them clarified after I dropped car off. Will not rent again.
Pros:The car was fine, newish, and drive well. Drop off was cake...very quick.
Cons:I wanted to pick up the car a bit early, but they didn't have any "economy". So, they said that they only had suv for a different rate. One question: how does a car rental place without any cars make you feel? Answer: less than confident.
Pros:I got a free upgrade due to my type of vehicle was not available. Which in turn was worse gas mileage, but a very nice vehicle. Representative was great. She deserves a raise.
Cons:Not any fault of Budget, the previous renters trashed the vehicle with a lot of sand and sun protection lotion that is very hard to vacuum and clean off. They also dented it. The Rep went out of her way to make it right and tried her best to clean it.

Pros:The car he gave us was pretty new and nice. The guy who works there was nice.
Cons:We were glad that we came right on time since it was the last car they had. The guy behind us in line had a reservation and was told to go to a different location since they were out of rental cars. The place is hard to find and very small. The guy who was there was nice but he pretty much did everything, from taking care of customers coming in, and picking up the cars. At some point, a bunch of customers were at were confused because he just left the office and no one was thre.
Old car, dirty inside, loud engine, that was not acceptable. I tried to call budget to replace it but was not able to do it.
Pros:easy to pick up
Cons:Didn't warn us that the on ramp to the highway right next to the rental office accepted nothing other than quarters or the easy pass (no signage either), so we were charged an extra fee that we couldn't then avoid. Also, tried to give us less than a full tank of gas, and didn't fix it on the computer when we asked for a receipt to confirm it...the person at the drop off in Tampa had to make all the adjustments
Pros:Car dirty when picked up, cigarette ash everywhere. Tank was completely full when dropped off, and I was charged for 1/8 tank of fuel.
Cons:Clean car, don't scam customers.
Cons:A full tank of gas when I picked it up, but it worked out fine, so not a problem.
Budget would not accept my credit card as it had no anti fraud light when put under one of their machines to see this feature. They wouldn’t allow any other payment form
