Pros:nice ride
Pros:Location was convenient and they gave us a ride back to condo rental.
Cons:They did not have replacement key so we had to replace original rental. The windows were dirty. Tile tire light came on twice, we ultimately had to add air to all tires.
Pros:Antonio, the guy who assisted us in the pick up process was excellent!!!. He was beyond our expectation and did all possible to assist you with the difficult process.
Cons:The unprofesional woman at the front desk, she was arrogant, with lack of courtesy ...she should be working at a non customer service job.
Pros:When I tried to pay with the business card the system wasn't working so I had to pay with my credit card.
Pros:Staff was friendly but not forth coming with info about tolls and so we called hertz and we were told we needed to see an agent at our nearest location. Found out the location had just closed and after another call to Hertz we were told again to wait until morning to get the info on toll sticker! Found out the next morning we didn't need to see anybody because we were to wait for a bill in the mail. We lost a day of travel because of this:( Also the side door of the cargo van kept getting stuck and would not open and the inside light would not turn off. My husband spent over 2 hours trying to turn it off on the way back from our trip! It was a very bad experience.
Cons:A different vehicle altogether, as well as, information on the use of tolls. For the price we paid we deserved better service!!
Pros:We booked a 10:00 am car pick up. By 12:30 they still had no car to give us due to "shortage." We ended up just leaving after they told us it would "probably be another 45 minutes." To be fair, they did say that they would give us some kind of discount to make it up to us, but by that point the car would have needed to be free to make the aggravation worth it.

Cons:Called the lady at the hotel for collection of the car at 10.45. She arrived at 11.30 No car - apparently had engine problem. Had to get a taxi to ANOTHER hotel to collect the car Taxi I paid for. The OTHER car REAKED of Cigarette Smoke Beyond that ZERO explanation of how the toll system worked. Its a 1.50 toll that they charge 5 dollars to fix.
Pros:The staff did their best but the entire experience was a disaster.
Cons:My car wasn't ready and I had to wait a whole day for a car they that wasn't even the one I ordered. Wasted a ton of time and they clearly had no clue how to handle the amount of reservations they had.
Pros:Truck was dirty, gas light ON... no customer service at pick up nor drop off
Cons:I was expecting way better experience from Hertz. How can you give away a car with the Gas light ON?
Pros:Pickup was easy. Car was clean and as promised.
