Cons:I ordered an Economy car and was told that the absolute only car available in all of Wichita was a minivan. I chose an Economy car because then I wouldn’t have to spend more money on gas. Obviously with a minivan the tank is larger and so I paid more for gas. Will not be renting from here again.

Pros:I liked NOTHING. Booked an suv a month ago, was called by them the day before to confirm the suv, showed up right on time and they did not have anything available. Unacceptable. And they could have cared less.
Cons:Have the vehicle (or something similar) as scheduled. Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Cons:The van had a very hard time going up the mountains. The minimum speed was 40 and the van was maxing out at 30

Cons:The vehicle wasn't ready when I showed up. I had to rent a different vehicle and then come back several hours later to get the one I originally reserved.
