Budget was closed when I got there. So we went to Avis. They upgraded us to an SUV, which is fine. Except for the gas prices, we didn't notice until we put gas in the car on the return that the entire closing lid for the gas was broken and had to be snap back in place, I did bring it to the attention of the attendant who would have sent us on our way without any contact. There were several dents in the car, and the exterior was not very clean on our pickup.

Booked a SUV and ended up with a BMW sedan that had a very uncomfortable drivers seat and not enough luggage storage

We were misquoted on the cost of the rental car, by the ship guest relations. We were told $247. Actuall cost was $745. Check out at rental Car desk was a long wait and we had to walk way to get the car in the garage with luggage in tow.

I was given a filthy car !..,& i mean filthy!..inside & out it reeked of cigarette smoke!..the passenger seat was wet with a white garbage bag on it!..the was no windshield washer fluid..the wheel alignment was so bad the car was pulling to the left & the car kept flashing maintenance required on the dash..i couldn't drive the vehicle from ct. to Atlanta.i had to return it.. the customer service was terrible i talked to 9 people with no resolve....i want a full refund of $344 the car wasn't safe to drive...
