Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car was in great condition.
Car insurance was a ripoff. The daily cost for full insurance was more than my daily rental fee. Also they did not have the vehicle I wanted. Staff was friendly, though.
Cons:Didn't like that I was charged for gas...left 7\8 returned the same
Pros:The rental office is a short walk from the airport terminal.
Cons:The drop off of the car at the Heraklion airport was just mystifying. The office was not open so some one in a guard shack said "Park it over there and give me the keys." No papers were exchanged, no car condition checked, nothing.
Pros:A receipt copy since as per agreement, I was to drop the car at a location different from the airport. However, they informed us that if we drop at the airport, I will be charged 22.3 EUR less. I would like to get a confirmation of the accurate charges
