Pros:Service attendant was very thorough and provided quick information for rental process.
Pros:Pontus at Globen office was terrific! Very helpful. Great employee.
Pros:Cars were great and navigation was a lifesaver!
Cons:! rental was offsite, I guess I didn't see this when I rented, thank goodness we had a friend to drive us there!
Pros:The agent was super helpful, took alot of time with us to work out insurance, gps, etc.
Cons:Quite a ways out of the city, not very close to the airport.
Cons:They didn't give me the car as I was not carrying the passport. But in the documents section - they never wrote they need passport. I was just carrying credit card and driving license.
Pros:Booked for a VW Golf. Got a KIA something, slightly smaller than the Golf. It was okay for slower driving in and around Stockholm city.
Cons:KIA was out of its element on highway. It is under powered. It wanders on the highway and follows any surface bump or line. You have to keep both hands firmly on the wheel just to keep it in the lane at 100 kph. I drove 6 hours on the highway and it was a very tiring drive due to the poor drive quality of this car. Next time I refuse any KIA.

Pros:Super easy to get to/from the airport from the car rental. Friendly guy who spoke great English behind the desk. The car was clean and new, no issues. They even let us take it back after we had dropped it off because we forgot to get gas.
