Cons:Poor customer service
Pros:Car rental reservation apparently was for a location other than BWI, although I had thought I had specified BWI as the pickup location on Kayak when I made the reservation. They found a car for me at the airport location and I only had to pay $30 more for the weekend.
Pros:The car, convenience to rent from the airport

Pros:The staff was prepared for my return and handled the matter promptly.
Cons:It was not very clear just where to return the car. At the suggestion of the hotel valet, I parked on the street.

Cons:When I went to drop off the car in Aberdeen the staff was not nice and he said there is an extra charge of $50 for not dropping the car in Baltimore and when I tried to explain what the staff told me in Washington DC he said it is not my business pay the $50 or take the car to Baltimore. And I had to be pay extra $50.

Pros:Friendly folks at the counter on pick up. Rented a Toyota Camry and it the car was in great shape. Good price via Kayak. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to friends and I will rent again!
Cons:Dirty car on the exterior and interior but nothing to complain about really, just something we noticed. Some inconsistency when dropping off the car about what amount of gas we were supposed to have in the car. Took a few days for the final payment to go through after dropping off. Had to write down the mileage and amount of gas in the car and bring it into the person at the counter which seemed strange to me.
Pros:Couldn’t beat the price for a last minute one way trip
Cons:Rental agent was not there when I arrived for my pickup. Called the number that was left on the desk and he was 15 minutes away. Car fuel tank was not full.
Cons:I initially picked up a Corolla from the budget location. The car had a check engine light on and a maintenance required light on. The woman is shored me that I had nothing to worry about even though I was very uncomfortable with except in the car. Two days later the engine starts idling really high and I was stranded on the highway for 30 minutes. I was able to make it home and then take the car back to the budget location to exchange. The gentleman that was at the counter to help me with very irritated and told me that he didn't have that many cars so I should take it to the airport which is 30 minutes away. The car was malfunctioning at this point and he still insisted that I take it to the airport. After some negotiation and pleading on my part he eventually put me in another car. I've tried to reach out to budget corporate and I've been disconnected or hung up on three times. I plan to dispute the charges based on customer service. I have rented from this location many times before and I have not been disappointed. This is more than a disappointment I feel taken advantage of
