Pros:The van is clean and comfortable, it fitted our need perfectly!

Pros:I'm thankful I had a car.
Cons:There were no Budget agents available at check in. There was a sign telling me to record my fuel & mileage, then bring the keys to the Avis counter inside.
Cons:The service on both ends was very poor. I do not have a credit card, and the would not let me use a debit card because I didn't have a flight at the airport. I was 8 hours from home, needing to rent a car.

Cons:You don’t find out everything you need to know until you pay for the car and they don’t tell you that they do a credit check. Also the service at the store was horrible, I noticed a lot of customers left unhappy.
Pros:I really enjoyed the Ford Mustang convertable and had a blast driving it. this was my first rental and it made the perfect getaway car. The inside was very clean and neat so props for that I did have to take it to a car wash because the outside was pretty gross with dust and water spots but that could have been just the weather and out of the companystuff control.
Cons:My issue is with the pickup place. First off when I walked up to the desk to pick up the lady walked away for 30 mins. Secondly, When I called to make the reservation I asked for the insurance to be placed on the car which was totally ignored and I had to remind them I had asked for the insurance I also asked for the gasservice peace of mind because I knew I wouldn't be able to fill it up due to my need to catch a flight the next morning after our wedding. This request was also ignored and I found out at the airport drop off that I now had to pay $75 or miss my flight to go get gas. Very upset and will call customer service as soon as we get back from our honeymoon.
Cons:The 200$ "soft pull" from my bank account.
Pros:The clean car itself. It looked and smelled new despite having higher miles than most rentals I've seen. It was also very comfortable. And the integrity. There were 3 scratches on the car that they caught and noted that before dropping the car off to me. I have been manipulated in this with others before.
Cons:The price. I know you can't avoid all taxes and fees, but $90 for driving 64 miles one way is a little high in my opinion.

Cons:The Clerk was very indecisive and lingered to give us service. It was as though she didn't want to let us have a rental. Maybe she was new and not quick for lack of knowledge????
Pros:A flight delay caused me to arrive a day late and from overseas. Budget easily changed the reservation via skype.
