Cons:I waited in line over 45 minutes to get my car. It was hot in the building.
Cons:Very friendly person at checkout. Very clean car
Pros:Easy process in returning my car.
Cons:I have rented five cars - all before being 25 years old. In foreign countries and with various payment options. I have never had an issue with getting a rental car previously. With Budget, this was a disaster. Apparently they run a credit check on you if you pay with a debit card, regardless of the amount of money you posses in your account. They don't let you know they're doing this until they turn you away at the counter. We've never had this issue before so it was super frustrating to get turned down with no explanation or notice!
Cons:Faster and more shuttles. But overall great experience.

Cons:Horruible customer service. Lines out the door, not enough people helping. Waited for over an hour to get my car

Cons:Need more buses back and forth. Had to wait and then the bus was packed.
Pros:Everything went so smoothly no hassle or stress. The customer service both in denver and Dallas was amazing. I'm never renting with anyone else again.
