Pros:Not much.
Cons:Customer service. Use more employees to keep lines moving. I spent 3 hours picking up my car! Never again.

Cons:It took 30 minutes for a shuttle to come and get us to the rental place (saw like at least 4 buses go by for the other places in that time. We waited in line about 2 hours to get our car. A solid number of cars were missing bumpers or other major damage but still being rented out. Heard another person say their car had a puddle on the inside that the employees say was "because of the car wash" yet the outside of the car was still covered in mud. Our car drove like it was not taken care of (shook if went faster than 60 mph). And they have a ton of hidden fees despite my reservation not indicating that anything was left to pay. Felt like I was being scammed the whole time. They do not guarantee 4 wheel drive from online reservations so the employee starting haggling the price with me so I could get the 4 wheel drive I needed. Felt very sketchy

Pros:The return of the car was easy without any waiting.
Cons:1. After arrival at 4:30 AM no shuttle service was available at DEN. I had to hire the taxi to get to the rental agency after 1 hour wait. 2. There is no phone in the agency. The listed phone # connects you with headquarter that opens at 6 AM (Denver time) 3. I had to check 3 different cars to find the running one: all offered cars were over 100K miles, with different kinds of damages and problems. The first Jeep took me to the next intersection and died. The second Mitsu couldn't lock/start due to the dead key, etc. 3. The agent was not paying any attention to my suffering, concentrated more on cleaning up the counter. After reporting that the 2nd car is not running either, I was told that after the 3rd strike I better take a hike! not even apologizing for the inconvenience the agency was causing! Like it was my fault that the cars are so bad! 4. All together I spent over 2 hours trying to get a running car. I ended up wit Dodge Charger (110K ) which was just returned to the agency. It wasn't filled up with gas, and dirty in and out. And the message "Oil change required" was popping up every 30 mins

Pros:The car was acceptable
Cons:Pick up was awful. We and dozens of others waited for an hour to pick up our car. When I returned the vehicle one week latter it was obvious the issue was still present with literally dozens of people sitting on the ground, sidewalk and parking lot waiting to pick up the car. I will NEVER use this company again and Kayak should remove them as an option from their site. I will not use or recommend Kayak again due to what is obviously a lack of quality verification on the vendors of the website. This is consistent with the other online reviews of FOX Rental car.

Cons:My whole trip was canceled due to the Coronavirus (ski resorts closed) and the rental car company denied my request for a refund. Please consider refunding my rental fee. Thank you
