Pros:Car was clean and there were no problems with it.
Cons:The pickup/dropoff process at Budget is simply broken. It was AWFUL.
Pros:Everything was good.
Cons:The agent that rented us the car said nothing about keeping the gas receipts, I had to come through the fine print to find it. When we delivered the car to the final destination, the price "defaulted" to a weekly rate. So we had to go in and talk to a representative to avoid being over charged $350.
Cons:Difficult to speak to anyone to help resolve issues. Very poor customer service.
Pros:The workers lie alot

Cons:Agent at destination said she would have original agent open the contract and email me a receipt when it was closed. I never received a receipt. When attempting to rent from Avis in another city, I was asked why I never returned the first rental.
Pros:Efficient service, nice late model car (Mazda 6 with 1600 miles on the meter) fast in and out, predictable charges.
Cons:Had to wait over 30' for the airport shuttle in 34 degree temperatures while other companies' shuttles kept passing through 3-4 times each. I called the office but I couldn't reach a live person. Finally I called their road assistance line and asked to be connected with someone at the office to get a shuttle sent to where several of us were waiting by that point. After another 10' on hold, the shuttle showed up. The driver, apologized profusely and said that "... to be honest [they] have several drivers who like to loaf on the job." I frankly never had such an experience by a large company in a major airport. And finally, the "in terminal" characterization is not entirely accurate as one has to drive 5' to the car rental place (45' wait for the shuttle notwithstanding).
Cons:There was poor instructions given to where the car was to be found by the attendant. The vehicle didn’t not have updated registration tags, which could have been a bad experience for me. The car had a very awful smell.
Cons:We dropped the car off over 24 hours early and only got 3$ back
