My experience was AWFUL. The line at the counter was extremely long and moved VERY SLOW. Then, after that 40 minute wait, I went outside to get the car and there were 30 people waiting for cars and they told me it would be at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, they said the type of car I reserved was not available (SUV) but I could take a Chevy impala that had a bunch of dents with X’s marking them on it. I took it b/c I didn’t have the time or patience to wait. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The car wasn’t ready the day of and completely derailed my plans.

After landing at the airport and taking the bus to the rental location. I had to wait in line for well over an hour just to pick up a rental vehicle that I had booked well ahead of time online. I thought the process was going to be way faster and I will be thinking twice before booking online again.

They haven’t sent a receipt and there were no cars ready at the airport. There was a line of people just waiting for cars.

I didn’t have a good experience with budget the price was very different from the one I placed online. Also my reservation chose the wrong drop off and the charge was too much money.

Budget overcharged my by over $100 from the agreed upon price for no reason which they also did the last time I rented from them forcing me to deal with customer service to "prove" my original agreed upon rental price which I will have to do again.
