Pros:The agency is just a block from the downtown Hilton and Marriott, and close to many other hotels. There was a large staff so it was quick and professional.
Cons:A little pressure to buy more insurance than I wanted.
Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful. They were flexible with my pick up and drop off
Pros:I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.
Cons:They could have their hours up online instead of on a sheet of printer paper on the door so no one gets tricked into renting a car they can’t get!
Pros:Reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee...was given a Ford Escape. Notwithstanding an off-road discussion, the Ford Explorer is nearly identical to a Jeep GC in size, stature, road manners, etc. The Escape is TWO models below an Explorer (with the Edge in between). How can rental companies consider the Escape and the Grand Cherokee to be in the same class? Is it because they also consider a four-door Fiat 500 to be a compact suv? That is also ridiculous.
Cons:I received a much smaller car...with Zero other options to change...
Pros:i did not rent a car because they did not honor the reservation.
Cons:I did not rent a car because they did not honor the reservation. I reserved a car a month ago and when I arrived, they told me they were sold out. They did not try to find a nearby car. They told me to go to the airport which is more than 45 minutes away. I was not guaranteed a car when I got there so I cancelled my reservation.
Horrible customer service
Cons:The car smelled like smoke. Would have been nice to have someone walk through the features of the car. Took a long time to figure out all of the new controls.
Cons:1st vehicle was old and broke down with a transmission problem. It took two hours to get a replacement vehicle while stuck on the road with my family. 2nd vehicle had a warning light that came on the dashboard "Regular service maintenance required "
Their ONLY car available was a Ram 3500 diesel truck. I wanted an economy sedan. There was zero indication of their inventory. It wasn’t even like they ran out of sedans this location only rents trucks! Would have been nice to know before I had to drive to Birmingham and back with the largest most gas inefficient vehicle on the highway.
Cons:DON'T KNOW COULD GET A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
