Pros:The car was clean and well maintained. I had no issues. The price was great. The drop off was easy.
Cons:The pickup was rough. The line was at least 20 people deep. It did go fairly quickly but that's a tough way to start. There were plenty of agents helping so I appreciated that all desks were manned. The agent that helped wasn't extremely friendly. She did nothing wrong per se but again in that setting when you've just gotten off of the plane, pleasantries are appreciated and really help set the tone for an experience. She snapped at me about filling the car up and you could tell she was annoyed with how busy the line was. As we got into the car, the line to get out of the parking garage was about 15 cars long and only one person was working the exit for about 15-20 minutes. Other agents came to assist once the line grew to about 25 cars and it sped up but overall the process took me an hour to leave the airport which is excessive in my opinion.
Pros:The service was fast and friendly. The return was seamless.
Cons:I made a reservation and there was no space for me to set a time nor did it say that I had to pick up at a certain time. When I made the reservation, I specifically stated no additional coverage on the vehicle. When I went to pick up, I was told that I was late and my car was gone. It was 10:30 at night and I was trying to get to my son in basic training for family weekend. The agent then said he found a car but I would have to pay an upgrade fee. Then he asked if I wanted basic or minimum coverage even though on my original reservation I stated that I did not want any additional coverage, I was not given that option that evening. My original reservation was for apx $120 and I ended up being charged $400. Hated this experience!!!!
Pros:The car was ok.
Cons:My booking should cost $50 according to the initial email. Now when I have finally returned the car, I have payed $320. Nothing has happened to the car. The car is just fine, returned according to contract. However there are a number of hidden fees and surcharges that make me just feel so damn fooled. I don't get it; why hide the real prize like this? I am renting cars often and would be happy to choose dollar again if they would have shown the real prize already from the beginning! Now I will never use this company again. Whether these extra $100 was worth it for dollar this time only to lose a future customer, I let them think about. Thanks and goodbye
Cons:Needed new windshield wipers and the front and back windows were really dirty on the inside.
Pros:Everything was fine except that I waited 3 hours in an extremely crowded lobby to pick up the car. There was 1 person at the counter.
Cons:Someone needs to be enforcing social distancing or a better process needs to be in place. Also, I was told they did not have the size car I needed and let me upgrade at no charge. But what is the point of reserving a car if they aren’t going to have what you reserved?
Pros:I loved the customer service. They were very helpful, quick, and accommodating.
Cons:The long drive I had to complete.

Cons:They charged me $590 more then quoted. .70 per mile I was under the impression I had unlimited mileage.
Pros:I dropped the car off on Monday and they charged me until Wednesday and won't be giving my money back for almost a month as they investigate the issue.
Cons:Because Dollar has been absorbed, pickup and drop off were a little confusing. All the old Dollar signs need to be completely taken down or covered up. The new ones directing you to Hertz need to be bigger.
