Cons:Staf sent us to the wrong end of the pick up building. They could improve their processes there.

Pros:Friendly at front desk and upon return. Clean car.
Cons:The friendly woman at the front desk unfortunately didn't review the charges with me before I signed. I requested just the basic rental, i.e. no insurance, but she assumed I wanted basic insurance and never clarified with me. When we discovered the mistake it was too late and we paid almost $100 too much.

Pros:Pick-up was smooth, considering I was there an hour earlier. The front desk was very kind.
Cons:The drop-off procedure is flawed. If your drop-off time is after hours on a Friday they will charge you three days until they open Monday by default. Since there is no one in the office to accept the car. That kind of business practice seems absolutely silly. Either don’t allow drop-offs after hours or charge the renter that Monday for any late drop-offs.

Cons:The people we had intended on visiting became COVID+, so we had to cancel plans. Thrifty was the ONLY company that would not make some kind of accomodation.
