Pros:The car I had was brand new so it ran really smoothly and was very clean. It was a pleasure to drive it.
Cons:It seems crazy that with Uber, Modo, Car2Go and Evo that traditional hire cars can be so rigid in their hire terms and so expensive!
Pros:Quick check-in and return, good price
Cons:I've chosen to use an external insurance company as Kayak offered, but the attendant on the Budget location, made me sign a document confirming that I do not wish to be insured and if anything happens with the car, I'll be the solely responsible for all the damage. I was very worried about it during the role rental period. Next time I'll choose the rental company own insurance.
Pros:Customer service was excellent, the car was a Chevy Sonic which I'd never driven before - I loved it. Pick up and drop off process was easy and fast.
Pros:Reviews read on other sites were very critical. I went ahead and booked anyway and it was super easy. Clean car, friendly staff, and super easy. Would do again!
Cons:There's a charge (17%) if you landed at the airport within 24 hrs. I should've said it was more than 24 hrs because they didn't check anyway.

Pros:Everything about this went smoothly except for the final cost.
Cons:That my bill was proposed to be $49 per day, and it was $63 in the end because of additional costs. That's a big difference. It would be nice to know about all the add-on fees ahead of time.

I didn’t end up picking up a car. I got there 20mins before close and found my reservation was cancelled. The guys at the desk were Super rude. They asked me to hurry up and continued speaking in Hindi about me - which I understood.. v awkward. They were slamming paperwork down, huffing and puffing out of anger and checking their watches. I had to rebook and in the end it was SO uncomfortable that I just left. I dunno how they can be customer facing with 0 customer service skills. Very poor.
