After a couple of weeks of hiking and the like it was nice to have the luxuries of a spa and the restaurant food was very nice. All the staff were friendly and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing - I wanted to spend all day there. The staff upgraded us to a suite - for a price - which was nice and added to the sense of luxury we were hoping for.

Cons: All the pictures are of the old building which as few rooms - most rooms are in the unpublicised seven story building opposite the old building. Tastefully built with creeper growing up it, it creates a courtyard feel with the decadent gardens and restaurants between the old and the new. I liked sitting on the terrace and looking up at the old building - but was a bit sad were were not staying in it as that is what you imagine. The massage was not great - not terrible but I have definitely had better and in less expensive places.

Pros: Front desk very helpful. Hotel location extremely convenient to outdoor cafes and famous cemetery. Felt very safe there. Police presence in this area very dense and obvious. Walk to hop on, hop off bus. Breakfast buffet had everything you might want, excellent. It is known that the taxi drivers from the airport to hotels, look for expensive watches and jewelry on you, and then inform the local thugs to rob you on the street. Leave good watches and jewelry at home.

Pros: My stay at Loi Suites, Recoleta hotel was an absolute delight on both occasions- December 12 and january 1. Both times I had a bright, clean, well-appointed room. Comfortable seating and ample desk space and a comfortable bed.
Late on December 12 night, I turned off the AC and opened the window on the ninth floor overlooking a bustling, shopping city preparing for the Christmas holidays. The symphony of car horns, people laughing, sirens in the distance and the swell of air conditioning units lulled me to sleep to dream of the happy, busy environs.
The people behind the desk could not have been more polite and accommodating. I had arrived early but my room was available and I was escorted there my a helpful young man toting my very heavy bag. I had a n opportunity to walk around this lovely area of Buenos Aries- my first visit to this delightful city.
The breakfast room and lobby very bright and inviting . I spent most of my second visit reading in the spacious lobby while waiting for a taxi to take me to the airport and home.
My fond memories of Buenos Aires are enveloped in my stay at Loi Suites.
Thank you so much for such a memorable visit to you city.

Cons: Apparently, we were not dressed up enough for dinner there, so the manager set a table up for us separately in another room alone. I was insulted by this, so we left and went out to eat.

Pros: My stay at Loi Suites, Recoleta hotel was an absolute delight on both occasions- December 12 and january 1. Both times I had a bright, clean, well-appointed room. Comfortable seating and ample desk space and a comfortable bed.
Late on December 12 night, I turned off the AC and opened the window on the ninth floor overlooking a bustling, shopping city preparing for the Christmas holidays. The symphony of car horns, people laughing, sirens in the distance and the swell of air conditioning units lulled me to sleep to dream of the happy, busy environs.
The people behind the desk could not have been more polite and accommodating. I had arrived early but my room was available and I was escorted there my a helpful young man toting my very heavy bag. I had a n opportunity to walk around this lovely area of Buenos Aries- my first visit to this delightful city.
The breakfast room and lobby very bright and inviting . I spent most of my second visit reading in the spacious lobby while waiting for a taxi to take me to the airport and home.
My fond memories of Buenos Aires are enveloped in my stay at Loi Suites.

Cons: I paid for a "Deluxe Suite" but we were placed in an ordinary hotel room, not a suite by anyone's definition! And the housekeeping and maintenance is showing signs of wear -- there was mildew in the shower and chipped tiles. And it was a bit of a walk to the nearest Sube station. Breakfast was so-so, a smallish buffet.

Cons: The Recoleta area is very nice and is where some wealthy people live. However, it offers very little in the way of nightlife. There are a few restobars around the Cemetery but nothing like Palermo. If you want ready access to lots of bars, restaurants and clubs, you should probably not stay here.

Cons: These guys at the desk are mean spirited with the intent of being cruel and hurtful. We booked 3 nights and received a good rate however when we asked them for additional nights they upped the price so high it was unreasonable. So we checked booking.com again and sure enough the cheaper rate was still there so we went to book it and could not. When we mentioned it at the desk they said "that is a 3rd party and had nothing to do with us" which is not being truthful. Sneaky move on their part since they have complete control and can manipulate the entire booking including rates and selection. They receive an email asking whether they accept the booking or decline it so it appears as though they do not realize that we are aware that. They had us blocked from booking the lower rate. From that moment on we were not able to book ANY hotels at booking.com so what they did was down right mean. We were travelling and needed a different hotel daily. This was so inconvenient since booking.com has the best rates and best selection for South America. This left us scrambling to find future hotels and we ended up paying much higher rates at other hotel sites. Clearly their intent was to be cruel and give us as much trouble as possible with no regard to our personal requirements and comfort. The front desk treated us different than other patrons. for example they gave a bottle of water to a customer and when we asked why we were not offered one they said that he is a good customer. They told us they had none left and we were never offered any during the winter 6 days stay. If wasn't the price of water that was the issue it was the principle...as tourists that do not speak Spanish we were treated differently.

Cons: loud noise from the inner yard (air condition), although closing all windows the noise came through. so any room placed to the inner yard can not be recommended! the breakfast room is very small and totally overcrowded by the amount of people. there are only really tiny glasses (similar to shots) so you have to run for the juice and water multiple times - that's dumb. regarding the breakfast menu its hold really simple: few cakes, desserts... but no spread. cake was so dry that you had to drink coffee or water directly after one bite. although we had an upgrade there were ants in our room coming off the drainages. that's surely an issue which should be checked. the fridge is not really cold (lukewarm) All our local Drivers said "you're in such a great expensive hotel" - we denied and told the truth. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and the lobby gives you an impressive feeling but the rooms and equipment is ageing and should be renovated. only positive thing that the prices have been reduced (so the drivers told us). the hotel is not what its like on the pictures they show to you but the price let you feel better :)

Cons: It is old and the heating system in the room was terrible. The room was very cold and as the heating system was not effective, the room was freezing.

Pros: The room was comfy and it was a good location.
Cons: The bathroom was really old. Not dirty like it hasn't been cleaned, but the bath looked a bit mouldy and I felt like the ceiling might collapse. The water was cold too.

Pros: Great location, really good value for the price, helpful staff, fair dollar to peso exchange rate at reception, good park view from upper floors, 12th floor room was very quiet, in room on the 6th floor we could sometimes hear quests in adjacent rooms, clean hot showers and bath tub. Never had WiFi problems. Would recommend and will be back

Pros: The staff was awesome. Eduardo in the bar was a real gem! A hard time trying to get home during the coronavirus craziness and Eduardo totally cheered me up. One of the most stressful days in my life, and he made me laugh, a lot❤️

Cons: Breakfast a little expensive if not provided with room price but has a large selection of items. Taxis hailed on the street at about half the price of remise ordered by front desk.

Cons: The room was very hot so not the best to sleep. The air conditioning is central so you can't regulate to your liking. I had to sleep with the windows open to feel fresh but the noise in the area woke me up in the morning

Cons: I specifically requested that my sheets and towels not be changed on a daily basis. I think this is a waste. However, this was not honored. There was a cockroach in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions. However, the front desk was accommodating and did not charge me for extending my checkout til 6 p.m.
