Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and amenities. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool being dirty or unavailable, and the quality and variety of breakfast was often criticized. Cleanliness in rooms and common areas was inconsistent, with several guests reporting issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests mentioning friendly or attentive staff, while others found the service lacking.
