Cons: Staff was nice abs welcoming. Variety of breakfast was good.
Pros: The area of Aksarben where this property is located is very new. There were lots of dining choices and seemed to have a lot to offer in terns of entertainment. Lots of green space for exercise and play. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were very comfortable.

Cons: The air was extremely dry. Maybe offer humidifiers!
Pros: Very clean
Cons: The walls and ceiling were not soundproof. It was much too noisy, especially at night.
Pros: Hotel staff excellent employee very good all other staff excellent good location
Cons: Dish network remote not working good very slow
Cons: Food staff were rude and did not keep the breakfast adequately stocked. Other staff was exceptional.
Pros: It was beautiful! The best hotel we stayed in on our 3 week trip. Loved the large open rooms. Loved having a pull out couch. Best ever!
Pros: Free wi-go. Spacious mini fridge. Pleasant staff
Cons: Cleaning staff could take an extra minute to be sure they ' got it all'. We noticed a wad of chewed gum on the headboard right away when we walked in.
Cons: Noisy from the upper floor.
Pros: The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
Cons: Location! I liked the part of town it was located; it was hard to get to and out of the location due to street islands. It is not Hampton Inn fault.
Pros: This hotel was just shy of immaculate and should be 3.5 stars at least. The decoration in the lobby area and room is very updated and gorgeous.
Cons: My wife did find one small patch of dried something on the bathroom counter. It was hard to spot but I can see why she questions overall cleanliness. It was very minor. Location is well off the freeway.
Pros: It was very clean, well lit and in a great location
Pros: The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect and close to the workshop I was attending.
Cons: I didn't like that I didn't have time to check out the pool and exercise room. My own fault! :-)

Cons: Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We got there at 3:45 or so and they said our room wasn't ready yet, it would be "a couple minutes." So we decided to just go have a drink at one of the bars nearby. We came back at 5:15 and our room still wasn't ready. We again were told "a couple minutes." We waited in the hotel lobby until 5:30 and then decided to go get a bite to eat because we didn't know how long it would be before the room was ready. We got back to the hotel around 6:30 and finally the room was ready for us.
I understand if guests don't check out on time or if you are short staffed, but please be honest about the amount of time it will take to get the room ready. I would have been extremely upset if we had waited around the hotel for 3 hours because you kept telling us it would be "a couple minutes."
Pros: Friendly staff, good location, room decor is nice and well planned.
Cons: The room and the bath could use more cleaning. Mold was growing in the shower.
Pros: Location is great, breakfast, staff, comfort, facilites are great.
Cons: We had NO control over the room temperature; why bother including an interface in the room if it doesn't respond? We were cold enough to need jackets at all times in the room. Also breakfast could be earlier, 6am would be much better than having to wait until 7am.
Pros: Nice location and the room itself was great! I don't remember the last time I was in a hotel with a full kitchen and even a stove within the room.... Would definitely recommend this place again
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Right off of the main road so the noise from the traffic was pretty bad
Cons: My schedule didn't allow us to stay longer
Pros: clean, quiet, easy to find
Cons: wish breakfast was earlier. it was part of the reason that i chose the hotel, but wasn't offered before 7:00 a.m. and our event that brought us to town required us to leave at 6:30 a.m.
Pros: We absolutely love this hotel, the concept, and convenience of both the location and the ability to get whatever we needed at either the small hotel market, the attached grocery store and/or delicious food delivery. Wish there were more of these hotels!
Cons: Paid parking, the breakfast could easily be improved with more fresh selection, our HVAC didn't work real well.
Pros: - Great room layout & amenities
- Free breakfast
- Excellent location
- Comfortable bed
Cons: - Passive-aggressive staff
- Cleanliness of room not nearly to par with other Element/Westin properties we frequent
- Worthless HVAC system...room was 80F+ our entire stay, forcing us to keep windows open in 20F weather
Pros: Love the location--it was great to be able to walk to the quality restaurants nearby.
Pros: The hotel was a great value for the money. Very nice rooms and great variety for continental breakfast, both hot and cold, during our stay

Cons: Location wasn't where we thought but it still worked out
Pros: Great hotel and staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I travel and stay in hotels 4 nights a week and was very happy with this hotel.
Cons: There wasn't a lot of food options close but there was lots of options within a 10 minute drive.
Pros: Breakfast and VERY comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Pros: Loved it!!Jacuzzi and clean room.
Pros: The manager, was so friendly and helpful from the time we got there until we left. A male manager was also helpful when we let him know that there was a noise coming from the heater. He had the engineer to come in and he replaced the heater.
Cons: The last night of our stay there was running and playing in the room above us. We notified the office and Hotel Employee went up there first and asked the children to stop running. When that didn't stopped I called her again and she then called the room a
Pros: We were able to get a room on short notice. the breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.
Cons: Yes I wasn't offered a receipt. I forgot to ask for one but it would've been nice to have been offered one.my overall charges were questionable.

Cons: I specifically reserved a king suit and at check in I was told that they were over booked on king rooms by 5 and that even though I booked a king they did not have to give me one, all they had to do was provide a room. Very disappointing and defeated the entire process of going through your site ahead of time to specifically reserve the room we wanted.
Basically just like the airlines, overbooking on purpose and then forcing the customer to take something less.
Cons: Very nice hotel. Pool was closed while we were there.
Pros: Fair price, clean space.
Cons: A bit noisy in the evening. Outside noise traveled to our seventh floor room.
Pros: Close to where I was visiting and easy to find. Room had a great view and eating establishments were in walking range. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Over priced drinks.
Pros: Everything for the most part was great. Easy access and in the middle of everything. Staff was awesome and good space in the rooms.
Cons: The pool is ok and no hot tub.
Pros: So close to so many things downtown/Old Market. Stayed at Hyatt, ate at Plank (excellent), many fine dining options, many nice places to have a drink, and even donut and coffee shops nearby, and a Subway across the street (restaurant). Lots to do in the area, makes this an EXCELLENT place to stay!
Cons: No complaints. Excellent room, very clean and spacious, excellent rate, and very high level of quality all around!
Pros: I liked how nice and clean everything was.
Cons: The food from the Gallery was not good at all, I was also sad to see a very small pool and no hot tub.
Pros: The view of the old market was gorgeous. Check-in/out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a modern, simplistic feel to it. Overall, I had a great experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good and there was no microwave in the room, but those were my ONLY dislikes.
Pros: The hotel was clean and modern. The location is great, walking distance to shopping, and dining.
Cons: The room had temperature control issues, the hvac fan continually turned on and off and was not quiet. The hotel was understaffed and those working were not friendly due to being over worked. We had to wait an hour after the scheduled check in time b/c our room was not clean and ready when we arrived. I felt it was overpriced for a Monday to Tuesday one night stay.
Pros: the location, room décor and comfortable beds.
Cons: nothing. there is a convenience store called Cubbies next door which has anything you might need. Very cool area with giant fountains at the ConAgri park which we could see from our window.

Cons: I liked it all.
Pros: Super cool interior decorations in the lobby, lounge and especially the rooms!! Do not miss taking a shower, they are amazing.
Cons: Unfortunately their check-in system was down when we got there so we were delayed getting into our room. Also, their valet service is a bit slow. But nothing to not rate it 5 stars overall.
Pros: Large, clean rooms, awesome shower, and cool historic feel with modern decorations. Really nice mixed drinks in the room as well. Wife and I loved it and will come back whenever we are in Omaha. Price of Valet is offset by how cheap the room was -- incredible value.
Pros: This hotel has the most comfortable beds, deluxe shower, friendliest staff, cleanest, warmest, best we've ever stayed at in Omaha.
Cons: A couple of unpolished surfaces in shower (roof leaks).
Pros: Great location. Modern décor. Historic building with neat attributes
Cons: Very warm in the common areas
Pros: everyone was nice it was affordable and they treated us like kings
Pros: We felt like we were treated like queens. We've never experienced valet parking. So fancy! The rooms were beautiful. The lobby was gorgeous. Thomas spoiled us and was so nice. Conner drove us everywhere we needed. What a great service. Would have loved to stay longer. The Old Market location was wonderful and we loved the historical aspect. I highly recommend Hotel Deco!

Cons: In the room there wasn't any liners in the trash cans.
Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: No mini fridge or microwave
Cons: Doing mass fabric cleaning in all rooms at 9 am on Sunday making the whole place smell of chemicals. And oh they think they smell smoke so wham $280 cleaning charge. Guess pay for maintenance some how. I will never stay there again.
Pros: Location for our needs.
Cons: Just fine, great breakfast, no negatives.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
Pros: Right off the freeway. Good breakfast. Clean room. Pleasant staff. Free parking.

Pros: Very impressed with your motel. Our family of 14 stayed in 4 rooms & we were very pleased. We all loved your pool and the breakfast. We will stay there again!!
Pros: Good breakfast and the pool was nice. Friendly staff and hotel was clean.
Cons: Asked to have room cleaned since we got up late. Said they would take care of it but didn't. Second day they forgot to empty trash. Manager apologized and comped our room! Was surprising but it shows they were willing to make us happy!
Pros: Friendly staff and clean room! Breakfast was great too! Great variety of food.
Pros: The cleanliness , high quality, and professional staff.
Cons: It was challenging to access the interstate from this location.
Pros: The maids were very friendly, all staff was helpful.
Cons: We had good service, but when he arrived our motel room was to be ready by 3pm & we were there about 4:15pm & our room was not ready. We were tired. We had traveled from Grand Forks, ND & were attending a Garth Brooks concert @ 7pm & needed to shower, etc
Pros: The rooms were clean, hallways needed vacuumed. Bed linens were great.
Cons: It was a little noisy - lots of unsupervised children running around in swimsuits. NOT ENOUGH PARKING. I came back to the hotel and the lot was full - pickup & trailer using 8 spots, bus using 7 spots and an rv using 9 spots. Front desk clerk shrugged!

Pros: The bar and multiple seating options around the hotel make it great for socializing . Service is slower and they seem short staffed in all areas
Cons: Late getting into out rooms because house keeping was behind
They gave us 2 free drinks and 2 free meals so we had something to eat and drink
During the 90
Pros: I liked the staff, they where really friendly and super helpful. I did not like, I b the other hand, what they had to offer for such a high price... even super 8's have free WiFi and complimentary breakfast to their clients.
Pros: Location is good, right next to sporting venues and downtown. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the lobby looked nice.
Cons: Charging to use the internet and the gym/pool is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. How is it that Motel 6 gives free wifi at most locations and the Hilton wants $10 per day to use the internet? They also charge for the use of the gym and pool, which didn't even have drinking cups for the water cooler. The hotel staff and I also have different definitions of what "city view" means. I had a great view of a freeway offramp.
Pros: would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family

Pros: Fairly priced. Clean rooms for the most part. Unique styling like a boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful though did not bother asking how our stay was when we checked out. The on-site free shuttle was very convenient, drivers very friendly. Had a happy hour and late night cookies and milk which we missed but is a nice touch.
Cons: Rooms are very noisy - AC was rattling all night. I could hear everything going on in our neighbor's hotel room (moving hangars, flushing toilet). Windows were obviously cheap - did not keep sound from the street out whatsoever.
Pros: Everyone was super nice and helpful. The shuttle guy was super nice and accommodating.
Pros: Comfortable beds - nice clean rooms -
Staff very polite and helpful.
Cons: no frig in room
better selection of channels on TV
More selection on menu
Pros: Friendly staff
Pros: Grand old building. Updated bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning.
Pros: Wide corridors, comfy bed, tall ceilings. Good breakfast buffet, cookies at night, friendly staff
Cons: perfumy smelling lobby
Pros: The room was clean and well-appointed. Noise wasn't too bad, although there was a good bit of activity in the hallways.
Bed was quite comfortable. The building itself was lovely.
Cons: The shower leaked all over the floor (obviously a design flaw, not something wrong), and that made the tile floors amazingly slippery.
The breakfast was mediocre at best, although the coffee was reasonable. My partner compared it to mess hall food from his Army days.
Pros: Free beer and cookies!
Cons: A sliding door to the bathroom that doesn't block any sounds.
Housekeeping knocked on all the doors of my floor at 8 am in the morning every morning.
Pros: *great restaurant
*good looking front lobby and courtyard
*very spacious room!
*nice new bathroom
*nice staff and service
Cons: *hallways were a little darker, but not a problem
The hotel is a beautiful old building and is very welcoming.
The bar/lounge was awesome with a wonderful menu and efficient waitstaff.
The bedding was luxurious and comfortable.
The bathroom was beautiful but didn't have much space for toiletries or towel racks.
Cons: Go to the historic old town try Berry and Rye for a drink check out all the old aricitecture and we are at 801 Chop House where they said Warren Buffett ate a coume days ago...great staff
Pros: Airport shuttle.
Cons: Random charges on my credit card in excess of the $100 hold that nobody disclosed before booking. Also, no bath mats.
Formerly the Aquila Court Building, built by Chester Cook in 1923, The Magnolia Hotel in downtown Omaha, Nebraska resides near many of the area's finest attractions, including The historic Old Market, the Orpheum Theatre, Omaha Children's Museum, Holland Performing Arts Center, Joslyn Art Museum, and the Century Link Omaha. Named to the National Register of Historic places in 1974, Magnolia Hotel, Omaha is also located near all major corporate headquarters and offices in downtown. Based on the Bargello, a palace in Florence, Italy, the corporate lodging hotel was built in homage to Chester's father Aquila. The faces of George and Aquila Cook can still be seen on the front of the boutique hotel's building today.
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful. I'm a Hilton honors member and they took care of us very nicely. Breakfast waiter was very good.
Cons: Not the hotels fault but someone pulled the fire alarm at 4 in the morning and we all had to evacuate
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants
Cons: There was an extra 10.00 charge for parking. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 am, and we had to evacuate while the fire department investigated. It turned out to be an electrical malfunction.
Pros: Convenient location, good room, but nothing special
Cons: Hot tub was broken and became a "cold" tub. The only breakfast available was $15 each for the buffet.. Also had to pay for parking.
Pros: Loved being away from the interstate but still close enough that it was easy to access. Location was close to a lot of action but felt very safe. Solid room and nice view (6th floor) but nothing fabulous; basic upscale casual property.
Cons: Paying for parking is a drag, but only $10 per night. Also, breakfast is not free/included in room price. Pool is quite small.
Pros: Room was geeat
Cons: Could not get wifi in room
Pros: Mike I believe is his name was the shuttle driver and took our luggage to our room; he was great!
Pros: My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep. Loved the modern, clean feel and the hot tub and pool. All was nice, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated floors 2+ being secure (needed a room key to access after a certain time). I did wish they had security at the front door.,My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep.
Cons: Parking was $10 for the garage but we found free street parking on the weekend. Breakfast is a bit expensive - $12 for hot breakfast, $6 for continental. Overall, a pretty good deal. With free hot breakfast, they would be a clear winner for this price range downtown. I am glad we chose this one, as it was quieter than the Holiday Inn or others nearby.
Pros: Great service, great facility, great staff
Cons: Not in the old market area. Short walk away.
Pros: The attached parking garage and the knowledge along with the service the staff provided was excellent.
Cons: Price for breakfast was pretty steep.
Elevator lobbies for the parking garage were filthy.
Pros: Great food quality for breakfast

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean with comfortable beds.
Cons: The pool was out of service for most of our stay.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Our room smelled bad and it felt very musty and humid. The mattress was old and sunken in. Overall, a sad and dated place.
Pros: Super comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly. Big screen TV's. mini fridges and Microwaves in every room. This is my 5th stay and I won't stay anywhere else in Omaha. The value is excellent.
Cons: Peeling paint in the bathroom from moisture. It wasn't excessive, but it was there. Breakfast while meager is adequate, but does seem to be a few days old.
Pros: The price and location!
Cons: Breakfast was cold and seemed like leftovers from the day before.
Pros: Clean room, quiet night, bathroom very nice
Pros: Great price and location for night stay on s long road trip. Good breakfast and clean room.
Cons: There was barely enough water pressure to operate shower. Fixing that would definetly upgrade this hotel. Evidently not an upgraded room. Mattresses weren't the best but have had worse.
Pros: Loved the breakfast selection!!!! I also appreciate how clean everything was!
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: The prices of the rooms
Pros: The breakfast was nice. The front lobby was nicely remodeled and felt welcoming.
Cons: I booked this hotel because the website said that it was newly remodeled. I didn't want to stay in a run down, old hotel. The front lobby looked great so I was very excited - HOWEVER NOT ALL the rooms are updated, only a select few (and you can NOT request to have a new room), so I got an old, not updated room. I had to have them change the bedding because it looked dirty. I also needed them to change the shower head because it was so grungy and gross, water wouldn't even come out. The room smelled and looked old. I was disappointed, I thought it was going to be updated and remodeled as stated on the website!!!!
Pros: Great beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff, very easy to get to and from
Definitely putting this on my places to stay again.
Pros: This was perfect for us - clean, good breakfast, polite staff, and only 15 minutes away from the zoo which is why we were in Omaha. No frills but this is a great place for the price!
Cons: We arrived around 9:30 at night and there were 4 or 5 men hanging around the front entrance. Not sure what the deal was with them but they didn't seem to be bothering anyone - just made you wonder if it was the safest neighborhood. The next night when we came back to the motel, there was again several men hanging around outside the front entrance. But like I said they didn't seem to be bothering anyone.

Pros: Good breakfast variety, location of hotel (couldn't hear highway).
Cons: Stayed for a week and breakfast dining area was usually a very busy and crowded place. King bed was uncomfortable, and there were used chew packets in a corner on the carpet and one stuck on the bathroom wall.
Pros: Customer service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing, but not unbearably so.
Pros: The room was clean, mostly. That's about it.
Cons: I could feel springs of the cheap mattress through the non-existent bed pad, one thin blanket with no additional coverings available, and tiny, flimsy pillows I had to roll up in a tube to get any support made it impossible to get comfortable. I finally got a few hours sleep sitting in the stiff chair wrapped in the cheap chenille decorative throw. The rest of the room was Spartan, definitely a hotel about profit margins, exploiting gamblers visiting the casino across the street, not customer comfort.
133 Room property with 30 suites. Property is connected to Mid-America Center(Council Bluffs Convention Center/Arena) Attractions include Horseshoe Casino & Bluffs Run Dog Track(across parking lot), Henry Doorly Zoo & Downtown Omaha (4 miles)
Pros: Location was good for being central to activities
Cons: The sink and shower drained slowly and had standing dirty water.
Pros: Next to casino, if that is important.
Cons: hallways smelled like old smoke when we checked in.
Pros: Close to interstate
Cons: Room especially the bed smelled awful. Like someone had just used the corner of the room as a restroom.
