Pros: Beautiful grounds and access to the lake were a great plus for us! Loved the gardens and quietness of the mornings as we sat outside on our patio! We enjoyed our complimentary use of the kayaks one early morning. Glenville Lake is just gorgeous and sparkling clean. Our hosts, Henry and Clare were a delight to spend time with. They have such a great gift of hospitality and story telling of the area!! Our breakfasts were creative and quite delicious! Great getaway for us!
Cons: We booked with booking .com and it was listed as bed n breakfast. When we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. Room was musty smelly and looked 30 years out of date. No air on either . Went back to voice our concern then was told we could have a room with breakfast included. What changed? We then was told that they would not refund our $ and that we would have to go thru booking.com to file complaint. I will never recommend Innisfree or booking.com for finding a hotel.
