Pros: Clean and spacious suite with good amenities and convenient location.
Cons: Nothing... everything is great.
Pros: The suite style rooms were nice in that it provides good separation of space, even in a relatively small square footage. The fast internet and modern amenities were welcome. The entire hotel was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The advance check-in and texting for updates was nice. The room was ready by 1PM when I arrived, which was awesome. Staff were helpful and the hot tub was welcome. This is my second visit; I would return, especially at this price point.
Cons: Pool is tiny, and so is the parking lot. At capacity, there was insufficient parking. Prices for the food items and water bottles in the room were outrageous, but that is typical of many hotels ($2.50 for a bottle of water?) The TV quality was notable by it's poor quality. Also, its time to upgrade to Apple Watch or iPhone compatible door locks. Who wants to carry a key anymore?

Pros: The staff was super and friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the carport in front of each room.
Cons: I had a couple with loud voices next door but that didn't last long.
Pros: Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking under carport in front of room was nice and it was easy access on and off the freeway. I will return.
Pros: Clean, updated, value for the cost, warm welcome, parking close to room, homey touch
Pros: Nice flowers at office, very clean and comfortable, good exercise room, decent free breakfast.
Cons: No complaints!
Pros: Good location for where I needed to go in town during my visit. Great value. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room (I was in a 1 king room) was clean and comfortable. Outside noise is nearly non-existent (especially considering how conveniently close it is to Interstate 5). Superb water pressure.
Cons: The parking spots directly in front of the rooms aren't the most friendly to larger vehicles. While the room is great, it is a bit small. Also, while the location is good, it is on a one-way street, which can make getting back from certain places confusing and/or cumbersome to new visitors. These are minor details, however; I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price.
Pros: Believe the ratings. Especially for such a low price it was a very pleasant and clean room. I'll stay there again if I happen to be in the area.
Pros: staff very helpful, room and furnishings clean and neat, bed comfy
Cons: had a hard time finding it. No phone # on reservation paper
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Hot and cold Breakfast offering was great. Very clean.
Cons: It's not right off the freeway.
Pros: Employees and owner are very friendly and make themselves available
Pros: The guy at the front desk and the manager were very solicitous and not defensive when we brought the motel's shortcomings to their attention.
Cons: The room was cold, poorly lit, slightly grimy feeling. After all the great reviews, we were really surprised. We could not bring ourselves to stay there. Try the Homewood Suites down the street, an excellent value.
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was for the price and location. We have stayed in other Rodeways before and this one is by far better. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, and carports for each room. Will definately stay here again
Pros: Inn keeper''s hands on service aproach. The cleanliness, good bed , food and secure facility. My wife loved the place and we parked right out side our door

Pros: I love the vintage furniture with modern updates. The blankets were nice too
Cons: Kind of annoying you can only turn in from one direction. We had to make a u turn coming from the other way. No big deal though
Pros: Older property meticulously maintained. Very very clean. Friendly staff with excellent communications skills.
Pros: Clean,convenient to surgery center.
Pros: I liked that there were plenty of towels, wi-fi worked well, there was a freezer in the fridge and it actually froze things, the bottled water left in the room was free. The bed was very comfortable. It had all the basics for pleasant over-night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend Sovana Inn to any travelers. Best value we found. Room was nicer than many we stayed at for much more money.
Cons: Can't think of any dislikes.
Sovana Inn is a great choice for a stay in Medford. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with pillowtop beds and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: Stayed at this hotel for a business trip in which attending a conference nearby. Staff was very informative, available & friendly. Convenient shuttle to/from airport. Rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable. Loved being able to make my own tea first thing in the morning without leaving the room.
Cons: No complaints. It was all good!
Pros: in general, things were fine.
Cons: i got bug bites.
Pros: Excellent service! Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and there is access to the courtyard which is convenient for smokers. We stayed in the king suite worth the kids and the pullout sofa bed was perfect for privacy. The kids loved it!
Cons: The only negative thing I can say about our stay is that unless you get a room hear the courtyard it is a very long walk to the exits.
Pros: First off this is stay number 3 of 8 hotels during a 2 week, 2500 mile road trip with my family.. This hotel has been by far the best overall expericience for my family stay!! The hotel had that updated/newer feel, customer service in all aspects (front desk/kitchen staff/housekeeping) was outstanding , the spaciousness / cleanliness of the room, and even the food!! Yes the food, we were greeted upon check in with a free pulled pork dinner along with free beverages, even free beer and wine... The breakfast was even better than any other free breakfast that I usual would just skip but I was so impressed with the dinner I had to at least try the breakfast, needless to say it was great!!
I felt I needed to leave such a raving review because all I did was read these reviews and hope for the best as there was no particular reason for us to stay in Medford other than it was a stop for the night on 1200 mile trip to Portland..This is a legit A+++ rating for this hotel, for anyone stopping in Medford Oregon this is the best value you will find....
Cons: That it wasn't our destination hotel, and we could only stay one night..
Pros: Service was kind and professional. My kids were welcomed and the room was big enough for personal time.
Pros: We were surprised to see that the hotel had a complimentary dinner. There was also a menu in our room's kitchen. The hotel was comfy and inviting with a fireplace and seating area in the entrance. Great location, I was having surgery at the surgery center nearby and it was only a 5 minute drive.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me and my young children.
Breakfast was good quality and very convenient.
Location is great, easily accessible from freeway.
Cons: The faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. The indoor pool was too cold for the kids but the hot tub was too hot!
Pros: This hotel is our longtime favorite when going to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It is close to Ashland without their high prices but, with value and luxury combined.
Cons: If you are there Sun thru Thurs, breakfast and dinner are provided making it a great value.

Pros: Chose not to stay at this location/facility.
Cons: Had make reservations days in advance through the Kayak site. Reservation was to be for one handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds for one night. Prepaid for room in order to ensure room was held, so about 8 pm after a long road trip we arrived only to find that the room was not ready. Told by staff that the room had been trashed by previous occupant and carpet had to be shampooed and was still damp and would take about 20 minutes to ready. But carpet would still be damp. Offered us a alternate room with 1 king bed with a roll-away bed. Not what the reservation was for. Declined substitution offer, left and found another hotel on our own. Disappointing experience.
Pros: Comfortable beds, good water pressure, great front desk service when I locked my key in my room. Full breakfast, hot and cold foods available. Wonderful coffee. Good service from the friendly housekeepers.
Cons: The advertisement pictures of the rooms are deceiving and the advertised price was much lower than what I was charged. Parking was a little tricky, hard to keep a spot near the room.
Pros: The beds are super comfortable and you are close enough to walk downtown and get a few drinks
Cons: Some of the staff seemed unfriendly and bothered when approached
Pros: The check-in staff was friendly and kind to us weary travelers. It felt so good to fall into those soft clean beds! And the breakfast was delicious!
Pros: Extremely friendly staff and well maintained property.
Pros: Centrally located, clean, good rate and delicious complimentary breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: No complaints, everything was great. This is our 3rd time here and we were booked 6 days and added an extra day because we just weren't ready to go home quite yet. We will be back.
Pros: Clean and comfortable with good shopping
Cons: Some dirty towels but not a big deal
Pros: Bad services
Cons: Dirty sheets
Pros: Excellent continental breakfast and friendly staff. Dated facilities, but tastefully remodeled!
Cons: A bit too close to the freeway.
Pros: Clean, great value, comfortable and friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast was....okay.
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast. Rooms in rear building all have balconies overlooking the Bear Creek Greenway, which boasts waterfowl, bicycling, and the occasional bum fight. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, clean, and relatively up-to-date.
Cons: I have stayed here several times, usually for about a week at a time, and every time the internet was so slow it was basically worthless. Don't book here if you count on it for work like I do. A real shame; hotel is great otherwise, but I can't afford another week-long wifi blackout.
Also--and this is my problem, not the hotel's--the employee who announces the breakfast scramble recipe 100 times every morning really creeps me out.
Inn at the Commons is just 3.1 mi (5 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle (available on request). After hanging out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, guests can grab a bite to eat at LARKS, which serves American cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Facility, staff & breakfast all fine, but the disappointment is all from walking out to car to find my daughter's bike, which we had secured only with 2 U-locks through the frames and wheels, gone off the rack on the back of the car in the hotel lot. Who'd thought that a bike that survived the harsh environments of Berkeley and SF would be stolen in little peaceful Medford?
Pros: The room was great, the hotel was updated with a great lobby/breakfast set up. The staff were accommodating and nice, and check out was incredibly fast and easy.
Cons: Our view was te back yard of a house, which meant we constantly had our window shut.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The toilet was dirty and the walls need better insulation, I could totally hear people above me walking around and it was hard to get rested.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great for kiddos, very close to super market and dairy queen
Cons: Sketchy homeless dude near my car.

Pros: Quiet, in good condition, immediate and well organized check-in.
Cons: The bed was too soft. Towel quality was average to good. The cleaners left behind a washcloth that a previous visitor left hanging on the shower curtain rod, which made me doubt the thoroughness of the cleaning.
Pros: Close to shopping and food. Clean room and breakfast was good.
Cons: Doesn't seem to be staffed well, I called 3 times before I checked in and no one answered.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were large and overall cleanliness was great. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the coffee was great.
Cons: A number of guests had dogs and did not clean up very well.
Pros: Elevator for heavy luggage, Cart available. Room just off elevator. Ice machine a few doors down, with washer and dryer. Nice breakfast room. I made a mistake on booking room, had to add one more nite, but staff handled it without a hiccup.
Pros: Extremely comfortable room, the bed was great, staff was helpful. Nothing bad to say. Plus, it's in a great location for those of us who have family on the south end of town. There's plenty of resturants, etc. nearby.
Cons: The price that the hotel's hotline offers.
Pros: The man in the reception was helpfull
Cons: A very old hotel. The breakfast was not good.

Pros: Such great staff! Very helpful, attentive and pleasant!
get cigarettes, horrible breakfast
Pros: the mini store
Cons: no smoking rooms
The hotel is in a perfect location, easy freeway access, and all the shopping you want is right there. They allowed pets, which was why we stayed there. Nice place.
Pros: The kitchenette was perfect. Saved a ton of eating out money...Room was clean and all the staff was friendly.
This hotel is one of my favorites. It's newer and modern. The beds aren't rock hard and the kitchens come with pans, plates, forks, knives, etc. You truly feel as if you have your own appartment! My husband loves it because he has a full sized fridge to keep meals, drinks, food and he can make us pancakes and bacon in the morning! The bathrooms are lovely and spacious. Right across the street from Wal-Mart and close to other shops and food. We stayed 3 nights with our 6 month old son ad our stay was fantastic! This was our second time staying here and won't be our last!
Pros: The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and the staff was very nice!

Pros: Room is good size with two queen beds. It provides free breakfast and parking.
Cons: No comments.
Pros: Spacy room, comfort bed, next to I5.
Cons: Hairs found on bed sheet and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor.
Pros: They are kid friendly and the pool was a nice added feature.
Pros: Heated indoor pool and spa open 6am to 10 pm. Breakfast had bacon, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, yougurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Front desk had free newspapers, apples and cookies.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Should cost less and have a lower star level
Pros: The check out staff next morning was really helpful and nice but the check in lady on the arrival day was not too nice or I would give 10/10 for staff.
Pros: Clean room up to date
Cons: Gave us a handicapped room with shower seat that had to be moved out of the tub to showers and the shower head would not stay up. We had to hold the shower head the intire time we showered.
Pros: Room was comfortable quiet and clean.
Cons: Breakfast needs some work.
Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: Over priced for hotel quality. It's an older hotel, ok shape and cleanliness. One, small and slow elevator.
Pros: We enjoyed the breaksfast buffett and appreciated the hotel service.  the desk when we arrived was very accomodating throughout our stay.10/10 for him.Answered all questions we had about our stay.
Pros: location, King size bed
Cons: water damage to bathroom floor, walls with poor finish to repair work
Pros: It's a very nice hotel. We had stayed in a Holiday Express Inn in Mill Valley the week before. It was 3 times as expensive, and not nearly the quality of this one. Nice complimentary breakfast, free parking, and conveniently located & staff is friendly
Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: Value for the rate. Clean, quiet and plenty of free parking.
Cons: Bed was too soft and not enough support. My back ached throughout the whole night. Had same issue at Quality in Tigard, OR.
Pros: Nothing even coffee was horrible
Pros: The staff were very friendly. The location was great and the airport shuttle was there ahead of time which is very comforting at 5:00 in the morning. The room was also very clean.
Cons: They ran out of cookies before I got to the hotel.
Pros: Clean room and bathroom
Cons: breakfast eggs are really bad, they were swimming in water.
Pros: Clean room. Friendly staff
Cons: Room was recently remodeled and smelled like drag paint and new carpet. very stinky.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean smelling. The location was easy to find. Would defiantly stay there agian.
Pros: No noisy neighbors or machines near my room. Comfy. Clean.
Cons: My only constructive criticism is that they need to fix the problem of electronic keys not working properly. We were stacked up three deep at one point with various guests trying to get our keys to open the door. It was necessary to have the steady hand of a brain surgeon to move the key the right speed. I had it down by the end of my one-night stay, but it took a LOT of practice.
Pros: The room was pretty clean.
Cons: It didn't have a friendly vibe. The maintenance staff was often less than friendly, though the front desk staff was great. The wifi was so slow that it wasn't worth using. It was alright, but next time I'm in Medford I'll probably look elsewhere.
Pros: Comfy rooms, nice staff, great breakfast!

Pros: Proximity to a park with a walking trail.
Cons: The hotel put patrons with a big dog next to us when we asked for a quiet room. We could hear the people talking next door and the dog barked a couple of times early in the evening.
Pros: We been traveling for a week. Road trip we stop by hotels to get rest heading to Seattle from Los Angeles. In all three hotels we stayed. Best Western is the BEST!. They're really professional, clean, and they provided all we need. We surely keep them in our mind of our next trip. They have good breakfast too.

Pros: Very nice room, clean and modern design.
Cons: Ice machine was broken and only a little ice was available but no big deal.
Pros: The breakfast was good, they had more options than usual for a choice hotel. Service was good, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: This property does not have an exercise/fitness room.
Pros: Not much
Cons: The room reeked of cigarette smoke, Road noise was deafening until the plumbing from the unit below us actually drowned it out by shaking the walls. Hot tub was foamy and gross....Very unpleasant stay
Pros: staff was rude
Pros: Hot breakfast and good choices.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Indoor pool
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable. Need to be upgraded

Pros: Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Would stay there again, but would advise they honor their pool/slide hours.
Cons: We chose this motel for the pool/slide for our son. We were a bit Disappointed in the pool. It would be nice if the slide hours were posted because we were in the pool for 10 minutes then the lifeguard announced he needed to take a break, closing the slide for 20-30 minutes. The pool/jacuzzi hours were posted as 9a-10p, but the lifeguard asked us to get out of the jacuzzi 10 minutes early so he could add chemicals. One morning we had to ask someone to unlock the pool for us, and once again the slide was closed, due to no lifeguard on duty.
Cons: The life guard poured chemicals over my son's head while in the hot tub! He was an absolute narcissistic jerk. Will NEVER return here again..
Cons: Hallway smelled old and smokey

Cons: The room is clean most of it, except it is kinda dusty for the coners.
Pros: The full kitchen is nice for cooking
Pros: Full kitchen
Pros: Nice rooms
Pros: On the plus side we like the location, we really like the room, it was quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: On the negative side there is no room service. It is the first time in my 79 years that I have stayed in a motel or hotel with no room service and the first time since being in the military I have had to do laundry exchange. That was our last stay here.
Pros: It was near the airport so when I arrived late at night, it was handy. They also send a car to pick you up. The rooms were very nice.
Staff was really nice, especially after flying most of the day. I was there early and there wasn't a room but they made sure a room would be available an hour before check-in. Also the location to the airport is great, just across the highway. No noise from the planes and a nice view of the mountains from the window.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room; room was a nice size plenty of room. The bed and bedding was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A fully equipped kitchen in the suite, with popcorn in the microwave -nice!
Cons: The only negative - there wasn't a stand to place my suitcase on.
Would be great for long term stay.
Pros: Large room and kitchenette
Pros: We liked the set up of the room and the space we had.
Cons: The bed was too hard, we were put in a smoking room and the room was not ready when we arrived to check in because the people were just leaving and it was 2:45pm! Staff member was not willing to give us a non-smoking room that was available.

Pros: Needs to be remodeled but was okay for price.
Cons: Horrible shower head was like needles
Pros: Hotel restaurant was excellent. Good food, large portions, very friendly waitress. Also, got 50% discount coupon from hotel. With coupon, breakfast was $5.99 with coffee included.
Cons: Room was not ready at 4:45 pm. We were given the keys and asked to wait 15 min. Was dirty 1/2 he later w/toilet bowl very dirty (fecal matter on bowl). Talked to maid staff who said room had not yet been cleaned. Asked to wait another 20 min. while maid cleaned the room. Was front desk problem, not maid staff.
Pros: No frills, clean. Very good location for crater lake visit.
Cons: Surrounded by cheaper motels and in a shady area. Two cars were broken into in the one night we stayed there. Don't leave anything in your cars.
Pros: Staff very helpful n friendly
Cons: Carpeting needs to be replaced.
Pros: Attractive, clean and comfortable Hotel.
Cons: When we entered the room at approx 11:30 pm, the toilet was constantly running trying to fill its tank. The toilet chain would catch and the toilet would fill with water in the tank often. Outside was a constant drip noise every 2-3 seconds outside our window. Sounded like a leaking faucet or rain gutter. A stair well was outside our window....sound was coming from near there. We had to run the fan overnight so we could mask the irritating noise and sleep. Called room setvice number twice with no answer or recording.
Pros: liked the inn the staff great dinner great,,,, breakfast the staff let it wait, 13 minits to get coffee after being seated, they walked by like we strengthened not happy
Cons: ten morning staff at the restaurant....
Pros: Room clean, staff friendly and vibing good spirits. Thanks!
Bathroom clean enough but tiling was chipped and needs scrubbing.
Allowed us to change rooms so we could have a tub, which afforded us another queen bed.
"Fitness center" and pool were the primary reason we chose this place over other local hotels, but the equipment is dated and minimally functional. Old 70's style weight stack units with athletic tape covering seats rips, noisy and lacking range of motion. I think they must have raided an old YMCA for barely functioning equipment.
Pool was too cold to enter, hot tub closed.
The large attached sports bar was nice to escape to after a long day of driving. Mostly full of friendly locals, full of cheap beer. They did have a draught list with at least ten selections.
Breakfast at the attached diner was fairly decent, typical breakfast diner food, not included in the hotel stay.
Challenging to walk across a busy highway to get to the local supermarket (Fred Meyer), but there are cross walks about 0.5 miles from the hotel entrance, I would suggest driving, especially if you are toting children.
Pros: Location was good for next day travel to Crater Lake. Room was large and clean. Restaurant on-site was good.
Cons: Gym equipment was worn, old, or not working. We were relegated to what can only be described as a 'basement room.'

Pros: The room was very clean. Wood floors are much cleaner than carpet. The room had a table and two chairs, plus the king size bed. The bathroom is small, but serviceable. The staff was very helpful, even cautioning us on traffic conditions over the pass.
Pros: It was small but it worked for the two days I was there.
Cons: We had to make our own bed and ask for clean towels.
nothing special, everything is average with the price level, room is not so clean.
Pros: fit the price
Cons: smell in the room

Pros: I asked for a ground floor room since I had recently broken my ankle. They gave me a room that was well set up for disabled people. It made for a very enjoyable stay.
Pros: The room was comfortable and totally functional, the price and value were excellent, and the staff were exceptional! They went above and beyond and made everything easy and no nonsense. I would absolutely stay there again, whether traveling alone or with family.
Pros: Would stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and an inclusive breakfast (though sparse, don't expect something grand for free).
Pros: The room was clean. Internet and cable were really good.
Cons: The neighborhood was less then ideal. Would not want my family staying there. I feared for the safety of my vehicle and my possessions inside it.

Pros: From the outside it didn't look like much, but the inside was very, very clean and the bed was ultra-comfortable. It was great to have a fridge since we had been traveling for many days and kept having to refill out cooler with ice (which we did when we left). Pros: The in room furnishing was actually somewhat updated.
Cons: It's in a part of town that seems kind of abandoned. There are places to eat in the area and downtown isn't far, but there are closed businesses and vacant lots around the area too.
Pros: Would not stay here again, door to the room wouldn't lock, strange odor in room and pretty run down overall.
Cons: Their idea of breakfast is an orange juice concentrate machine and stale pastries, the kind sold in vending machines.
Pros: Good rate, central location , mini fridge and microwave
Cons: Disgusting tired old carpets looked so filthy that I didn't want any of my clothes or personal items touching it! The blankets were OLD And tired with so much wear on them. Towels were clean but stained.
Pros: The accommodation was clean and well-outfitted. The hosts were very helpful. The facility is an older one, but is clean, has some basic upgrades, etc.
Pros: great staff, clean room. Recent update gives this older building a nice face lift. Loved the carpet free floor (hygienic!). Bed was super cooshy. Quiet spot in historic downtown. Would stay here again!
Cons: Breakfast was weak. Mini muffin and prepackaged Danish- however they did have juice and coffee.
Pros: location and pricing. breakfast and microwave + frig.
Cons: bed was old and sunken in the middle.
Pros: Close to bus stop, made public transportation a breeze!
Cons: Smelled like vomit
Pros: It was cheap, relatively clean and felt safe.
Cons: A bit run down, bathrooms in particular.
Pros: the place was clean, well managed did not smell and had good WIFI. rooms also had cable TV, micro wave and small ice box. Best of all it was cheap. I would stay here again.
Cons: breakfast is what you would expect from a budget motel. danish, muffin, coffee and some fruit juice. Hey it don't cost extra. I would stay here again
