Car was clean and at least they had one for me. The gentleman behind the counter was nice.Cons:
I picked up my car at the Medford airport. There's no signage indicating you have to go inside to pick up the rental, I just happened to walk inside after driving around the rental vehicle lot. I had booked an economy car (small size) and instead got stuck with a big gas guzzler on a 6-hour drive home. So while the initial rental was cheap, with the cost of gas it ended up being more than if I had just rented somewhere else. I was one person traveling by myself; I didn't want or need a massive SUV instead of a standard sedan and I'm not sure why an airport has so much trouble getting a variety of vehicles.3.2 Poor

The Medford car rental parking lot could probably use a little reconfiguring of parking spaces allotted to each company. The first signs we saw didn't even list Alamo so it was a bit of an educated guess to just keep walking until we got to our car.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was ok but didn't accept my driver's license. I had renewed my driver' license with the State of Washington. They punched a hole in the old license and gave me a temporary license from a printer. They told me that the combination of the old license and the temporary license was a valid driver's license but the person behind the counter did not agree. I could not rent the car. Nothing on Kayak warned me of this problem.Cons:

It was odd to go in search of my car in the side lot of the airport at midnight. But I got in and out of the airport safely, with no real issues. The car was clean and performed well. I was told i was pickup at the airport since i didnt have much time--was on a 1/2 day business trip. Shuttle took too long and since i was in danger of missing my flight i didnt have time to fill up the tank costing me an extra 80$ 4x what the rental cost.Cons:
You can waive the gas fee on this payment if you ever want to have me as a hertz customer ever again. Please contact me and i will be glad to hear from you but otherwise i will never use hertz again.2.0 Poor

Your site misrepresented Hertz--saying that they would take credit and debit cards (I don't have a major credit card). Hertz rudely said they wouldn't honor that, so I had to figure out another plan the day I was leaving on a vacation that had been planned for two months. Budget figured out an option for me the same day.Avis

Nice upgrade to a premium 4WDCons:
Vehicles were not available. Myself and 6+ others had to wait almost two hours to receive keys. I spent $300 more on a air ticket to arrive early, woke up at 3:30AM for that flight, then had to wait 2 hours to get a pre-booked rental car.... They dropped the price $40, but it was a trainwreck.10.0 Wonderful

Pickup and drop off were easy. The vehicle was an upgrade. The price was excellent.Cons:
The vehicle had a high tech system built into the dashboard to link with my mobile phone. Unfortunately, it was too comp licated to be intuitively obvious. I had to unlink my phone. There were no instructions. They were probably in the glove box, which was locked. The car key wouldn't open it.6.8 Okay

Cons:
They accepted my reservation online but I didn't find out until I got there that they wouldn't give me a car since I don't have a credit card. I think this inflexible policy needs some work. There was literally nothing I could do so I had to go to a competitor, where they were able to help me, though it cost much due to short notice. Enterprise was a waste of a booking and I will just use the competitor in the future.9.6 Wonderful
