Cons. Our lock was broken on our room. We smelled weed our entire stay. The hotel staff was kind, but they did not fix anything during our stay. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

Cons. The staff was never there; we always had to wait for them to come out from the back. When they did, they were rude and looked like a mess... stains all over their clothing, etc. The rooms itself were disgusting. The bathroom floors were always dirty, the carpet felt gross when walking on it. Major updates and cleaning need to be done.

I drank the coffee supplied to the room the first day, and it was never refilled. No snack machines, only an overpriced shop at the front desk. I'm typing this from a hotel bed as we speak, and I travel a lot. That particular Wyndham was the worst that I've stayed in.
