Pros: Very convenient location and comfortable room. We arrived late evening and only stayed one night so not much time there. Office staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: Room on first floor next to parking lot was quite noisy from people coming and going into the early morning. Also heard noise from adjoining room.

Pros: Simi Clean room, had mini fridge and microwave, friendly night staff.
Cons: Some Staff that can hardly speak English. Very loud outside, alot of arguing nightly, low water pressure, needs better continental breakfast. I didn't get any sleep. I Was there over a week. Only a couple of the staff were friendly (the night crew). Not a place I would take a family. Shady people and activity. I would not recommend

Cons: I was told while checking in at midnight by the front desk man, standing outside in the cold, that he was doing us a favor in giving us a key. It was as if he was scolding us. He couldn't find the reservation that we made on booking.com, but I had the confirmation number, total paid and everything. The young man working with him had to quietly apologize to us for his behavior.

You'll be sure to enjoy your stay at this spacious and open 3 bedroom, 1 bath home only 3 miles away from the center of the Queen City. This home offers modern furnishings and amenities, open living spaces, and easy access to the best parts of Charlotte. This is a welcoming space for all sorts of guests, whether traveling for work or play! Come experience Charlotte in this quaint little neighborhood. You'll find the bright, fully furnished home to be quiet, comfortable, and most importantly—clean! There are great windows throughout to let in the beautiful Carolina sunshine. When you're in need of some fresh air, you can sip on your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while swinging on the front porch. Two out of three of the bedrooms are outfitted with large queens beds that are perfect for recovering with a good night's sleep. The third bedroom can sleep two with its cozy twin beds. The bathroom has a nice shower/bath you can use during your stay. This property is great for those traveling with little ones too! It is equipped with a pack n' play, kids' toys, a high chair, as well and kids' plates, bowls, and silverware. This home is in close proximity to all the amenities you could possibly need while in Charlotte. It's also near the airport if you are flying in or out of town. Coming with a car? You'll be able to park in the private driveway, which has space for 3 to 4 cars. No vehicle? No problem! Charlotte's has plenty of public transportation, from buses to the lightrail. If you like to use Lyft or Uber, rides into the city or other popular neighborhoods like Southend are super affordable! You'll have the whole home to yourself.
