Pros: Awesome Location Nice Garden for breakfast Valet parking Staff Clean Quiet
Cons: Average breakfast - not much different than what I find / get in an airport lounge Room was not in King Pavillon but in Trianon Pavillon and was smallish and very average - not really « palace like ». Nothing special about the room really. The pavillon felt like we were in the back yard of any location. Bathroom was average as well. The room / bathroom / pavillon was a big désappointement for me considering the price. It was 4* but not (far from) 5* Same for breakfast 4* but far far from 5* The location, close to the Versailles garden is great but the « 5* palace » fell short for me of my expectations. The juice at breakfast were served at our table and the table cloth was stained from the get go... not 5* service I left the car to the good valet parking but as birds pooped on the hood, it was not cleaned. I was not expecting a full power wash but ... hey, the 5* hotel we visited in Spain just did that as a farewell gesture. I was thinking that maybe I could have had the hood cleaned. I did it myself and I am ok but that did not feel like 5* to leave the hotel with a soiled car. Any way - good experience but not 5* Cheers
Pros: Location to Versailles.
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Air conditioning failed in room. Hotel unable to offer apology or alternative room. Very expensive way to get no sleep.
Pros: The room was lovely. Exactly what we had requested. Facilities in the room were great.
Cons: We ordered champagne and fruit on arrival. We didnt finish the bottle of champagne, but it was left in our room for the entire stay - including the dirty plates with fruit on, even though the room had been cleaned. You had to pay for coffee in the room and there was no tea facilities.
Pros: The staff other than the concierge were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and informative.
Cons: The conceirgre service was extremely disappointing. Although they were able to provide some information in the Palace if Versailles and events there, they were not in general helpful. For example, when we tried to get timed tickets for the Palace tour they showed us the steps but said they couldn't print them out because they were out of paper in the printer at their desk. Therefor they would not be able to do so. The check in desk was not more than twenty meters away and had plenty of paper. There were also issues dinner recommendations or lack thereof and directions to other local sites. I
Pros: Truly luxury hotel meters away from the back entrance to the palace grounds. Excellent food and wine in Gordon Ramsay’s Veranda, very attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The most comfortable bed ever! It wasn’t easy getting up in the morning. We arrived hours before check in and our room was made ready within minutes. Thank you for having us, for all attention to detail making our stay wonderful. Looking forward to coming back next summer.
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated and very posh. It had a great location next to the Neptune Gate of the gardens to the Palace of Versailles. The staff was exceptional. Very solicitous, but respectful and extremely professional.
Cons: We decided to move to the main building (the staff call it “The Palace”) from the Pavillion building, which the annex, because the annex was so disappointing. It was decorated beautifully, but so little attention was paid to the architecture of the building that was reminiscent of a motel. We really felt like we had been relegated to cattle class in comparison to the main building, so we paid to upgrade. When we checked into the Pavillion the first night, the awesome front desk clerk just pointed the way, which was fine and what we expected, but when we checked into the deluxe room in the main building, the front desk clerk walked us through the hotel, showed us the facilities, took us through our room and gave us vouchers for welcome drinks. I guess you get what you pay for. The difference between the two experiences was a little too stark, though, I thought.
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge team were lovely and the cleaning staff were very friendly and did a very good job.
Cons: The photographs on booking.com only showed the main building, which looked beautiful, but we ended up staying in the modern ‘Pavillion’ which was modern and massively overpriced. The gardens were not up to scratch and overgrown and weedy in places to a shocking degree considering the price, rating and time of year. There was garden furniture dumped everywhere around the side of the building, hosepipes and weeds everywhere and the terraces need a really good clean. The food was nice but again, hugely overpriced for what it was. The waiting staff were always too busy talking and I had to keep pouring my own wine and I waited a while to order, and for the food. This is not usually an issue but there were more waiting staff than customers so I found it a bit odd.
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No walk in shower in our en-suite.
Pros: Friendliness of all the staff. Cordial and elegant manner and helpfulness of management, staff, spa staff are the best I have ever experienced. High-class ambiance. Closeness to the Chateau Versailles and the town.
Cons: A little lack of smiles and warmth from check in desk personnel’s. As it is the very first impression you get of the hotel operation.
Pros: Beautiful hotel and grounds. The most comfortable beds. Very friendly staff who made a real fuss over the children.
Cons: Pool atmosphere. Felt as though we shouldn’t have been there with children!
Pros: Absolutely the best location in Versailles
Cons: Breakfast not what at the level you would expect for a hotel of this stature
With a stay at Hôtel du Jeu de Paume in Versailles (Saint-Louis), you'll be a 3-minute drive from Palace of Versailles and 7 minutes from Parly 2 Shopping Mall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and an elevator (lift).
Pros: Well located, but not many facilities outside you room. Staff are friendly.
Pros: Easy to find, on street parking, comfortable room and very helpful polite staff. Only 5 minute walk to Versailles Palace Plenty of local bars and restaurants Good breakfast
Cons: Air conditioning
Pros: -2 minute walk to Versailles main entrance and vibrant cafe area is just 1 minutes away while the location is quiet enough. -Fine window view.
Cons: No free parking. Facility has no iron. Didn't see those gardens from the photos. Guess those sunbeds and outside tables don't come with all rooms. Transparent shower cabin actually in the room. Need to get out of the building and call from the main entrance door to reach the reception.
Pros: Quirky decor, friendly staff, good location and walking distance to the palace.
Pros: location very near the palace which is the reason for the trip
Cons: breakfast could be more varied. they could get a loading unloading zone for easier check in with car. some rooms of the hotel only accessible by stairs (the part which hadnt been modernized). no airconditioning but most in france have no ac
Pros: Excellent comfortable beds and very clean rooms in very good state. We had booked 2 rooms and the hotel gave us two that could communicate.
Cons: No lift can be difficult for those carrying heavy luggage. Small shower but working well.
Pros: The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the Palace of Versailles. The staff were amazing and tried very hard to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and couldn't ask for a better one. The place is an oasis of tranquility in a busy and popular area near the palace. The continental breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection od breads, cereals, pastries, etc. The free coffee from an espresso machine available throughout the day was an added bonus. Wi- Fi worked very well. Overall, a fantastic place to stay when in Versailles!
Cons: Nothing to say
Pros: The hotel is on a very good location next to the Versailles chateau but also close to the train station. The street next door is full of nice restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and polite . The room was very clean, of a good size and probably recently renovated.
Cons: The breakfast costs 11 EUR per person but we do not recommend it since it was way too basic with very limited choice. So it is not worth it. The WiFi signal was rather weak and was difficult to surf the web or to make a skype call. The bathroom was not completely separated from the room: there is a shower cabin and a separate WC. Water tap was very difficult to open.
Pros: Good location, and one kind staff member offered us free breakfast for our troubles. The other staff member we dealt with was not accommodating in the least.
Cons: The hotel tried to downgrade our booking (booked a room for 3, downgraded to a room for 2), while still planning on charging us for a 'family room'. The room was hardly big enough for 3 people.
Pros: Perfect location. Really as close to Versailles Palace as you can get.
Cons: We visited during summer, staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, with no air con it was way too hot. They do provide electric fans though.
Pros: These people were so welcoming and lovely. It was beautiful
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: Lovely place! Everything was nice, wish I was able to stay longer. Katia is very quick to reply to requests and very helpful.
Cons: This was the worst stay I ever had through booking.com. The rooms did not match the photos at all and the woman in charge refused to correct her mistake. Instead she decided to shout at us and threatened to throw us out in the middle of the night. As we had an early morning flight, we had no choice but to stay. The rooms are small, the beds uncomfortable and the place creaks. Worst of all, is the attitude of the owners / staff. There is nowhere close to the property to buy food but that doesn't matter, as you probably won't have the kitchen promised in your photograph anyway.
Pros: Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. 5 min away by taxi of orly airport
Pros: The strategic location close to Orly, and the extremely effective help of Katia who maintain a very nice atmosphere, and is able to streamline the logistics of arriving/departing Paris all by herself (including if CDG airport is involved).
Cons: A power socket in the bathroom would be welcome
Cons: Terrible service! I arrived to hotel at 8:30pm. Hotel was close!!!!! no body was open the door. the stuff came after 30 min. she said : "I was transfer somebody to airport". No sorry. Horribly!
Pros: 10 minutes from ORY. Nice rooms inside a house. Breakfast available but to be paid extra. Comfortable bed. Near the airport and not too many cars on the way to it.
Cons: Small parking for Max 5 cars. No 24h reception, don't forget to insert your phone number on the booking to be contacted by the owner.

The Cuisine du Monde restaurant, gym, wooden terrace and seminar rooms make Novotel Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport a suitable place for your business or family stays. Pros: Close to airport but staff is lazy. I ordered foods but staff refused to bring to my room or let delivery guy to bring to room. The staff said she was busy but she forgot that it is their job to provide good service
Cons: No ironing in room. I was asked to go to 1st floor
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Drinks at the bar were very expensive
Pros: The location
Cons: THE SERVICE And the staff _I’ve tried to call the hotel to know the direction to get there from terminal 2 and nobody picked up the phone. When I get there by myself the receptionist told me that they didn’t answer bc they were having dinner
Pros: Close to the airport. Big and nice rooms. The breakfast was very good
Pros: Proximity to Orly and ease of access to Terminal 4. Staff was great. Arrived close to midnight and was easy to get settled. Bartender gave us drinks even though bar was closed!
Pros: Modern, relaxed atmosphere. Luxury feeling. Young and international staff. Family friendly.
Pros: Modern comfortable room close to Orly airport.
Cons: Strange reception area set-up.
Pros: Comfortable rooms in walking proximity of airport. Reception desk staff is very friendly.
Cons: Don’t come in on a late flight. There is no food nor room service after 11pm. No minibar! Tv channels all in French.
Pros: Closeness to air terminals
Cons: Scrambled eggs Fr breakfast
Pros: Great setup, good value for money. Very convenient location for airport access.

Pros: Extremely convenient for the Palace of Versailles (15 min walk) and for stations to Paris (Versailles Rive Droit, 15 min, zone 4). Also very convenient for bars and restaurants in Versailles.
Pros: Camille greeted us on arrival. She was very friendly, informative, perfect english and very professional. She helped us with getting around in Versailles and asked if we were visiting Paris, which we were, and gave us a map and informed us the best way to get to Paris by rail. This was invaluable as this was our first visit to Paris. Our room was lovely and clean and after being in a tent in the Loire Valley, it was nice having a kettle tea and coffee, working air con and a TV. The bathroom was very nice, with shampoo, shower gel and soap. Breakfast was great value at €16 (children free). There was lots of options available, even cake! Perfect location very near to Palace, train station, shops and market. Really nice experience and would definitely stay here again. Camille definitely added to the positive experience, so thank you.
Cons: Charge for parking is extra €12.50 per day.
Pros: The staff were so friendly very accommodating (our daughter didn’t feel well at dinner and they had no problem sending the food up!) We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good & the breakfast was fantastic!! Oh & must compliment you on the beds!!!! A super nights sleep was had!
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The restaurant has limited options for lunch and dinner. The cafe across the street is n Much better and much cheaper.
Pros: Modern hotel 10 mins walk from Versailles with very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Pros: Location and room was comfortable
Cons: Food choice for breakfast
Pros: Great location, nice clean and air conditioned rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food from the bar
Cons: No negatives. We would choose this property again.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed, good Breakfast
Pros: Comfortable and good size rooms, very comfortable bed.
Cons: It is in a location which means there is about a 20-30 minute walk to where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars which was unexpected.

Treat yourself to a luxurious stay in a renovated historic hotel where different eras meet, combining contemporary elegance with classic refinement. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the alcove and its bar. A majestic chandelier and a canopy crown it: at Le Louis light reigns, providing this luxurious setting with a magical and warm aura
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean comfortable rooms.
Cons: Expensive food and drinks
Pros: Location and good king with adjoining twin bedded room.
Cons: Unable to reserve parking. Menu du jour main course chicken tough and flavourless.
Pros: Good location, friendly staff
Cons: Rooms rather small, shower is complicated
Pros: Great breakfast and better than expected location
Cons: Shower door needed to be repaired but fine for a one night stay
Pros: Very clean and a lovely modern hotel. Breakfast was extremely good and staff were very helpful. Only a short walk from the Château and restaurants
Cons: A little hard to spot as it’s hidden behind a wall but we found it x
Pros: Excellent service! Our reservation from booking, com didn’t go through, so they were kind enough to figure out accommodations at the same rate for us. Very comfortable and quiet rooms with air conditioning. Perfect walking distance right to the palace. Could not have found a better location!
Cons: Reservations didn’t go through from booking.com. The hotel was able to help us, but it took awhile to find us rooms to accommodate our family.
Pros: The beds were massive and very comfortable.
Cons: On arrival at 2;30pm we were told that one of our rooms was not available as there was someone still in it that were checking out late!! That's not acceptable as check in is 2pm! We were given one of our rooms to leave our bags in as no other adjoining rooms were available. The air conditioning in that room was not working, it was 40 degrees outside! Reception did not seem surprised when I went down and told them! We were given 2 other adjoining rooms, which we were told 5 minutes earlier were not available! Other than the first evening we were unable to get hot water and had 3 different engineers over 3 occasions trying to resolve the issue. We were offered use of the spa to shower or other, separate rooms at half past midnight. It took the 3rd engineer over an hour to resolve the issue on our check out morning, he said he had never experienced the issue before! The hotel then lied to booking.com and told them we did not know how to use the shower... I'm 53, travel the world and am more than able to turn on a shower! Both rooms' showers had been used by us on the first evening we checked in, after that there was a real issue with the hot water supply. Breakfast @ Euros 26 per head had also been charged to our rooms, we did not have breakfast in the hotel as the same breakfast for euros 10.95 in the Ibis around the corner!
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located and within walking distance for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The entrance, bar and restaurant was beautiful with a luxurious feel. Our room wasn't ready to check into so we were given a complimentary drink at the bar, which was nice. The restaurant & bar staff were excellent and very attentive. Our room was very comfortable and clean with lovely Clarins toiletries.
Cons: We arrived early to check in, so decided to have a little breakfast. We went to the bar to order and had to wait a little too long to be served as there was a meeting happening at the time. I also thought the waiting and bar staffs uniforms looked a little washed out and tired, such a shame considering how amazing they all were. They deserved better.
Pros: Very comfortable beds and clarins as their products. An extra treat.
Pros: Very nice hotel, looks like a castle. Wonderful staff, nice rooms and good location close to everything.
Cons: The parking was a little bit tight for our car.
With a stay at Hôtel Versailles Chantiers in Versailles (Chantiers), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Palace of Versailles. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: Very nice hotel, fantastic room and very clean and great location for the Palace of Versailles
Cons: Nothing to complain about all very good
Pros: First class property at a reasonable price. The staff was amazing they did everything to make our stay comfortable.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Beautiful Terrace on the sixth floor and excellent buffet and around the clock copy images. Again the staff was amazing! My favorite hotel of the two weeks in Europe.
Pros: Location is perfect, near the train station and the Chateau but not noisy. Staff were very accommodating, professional, and friendly.
Cons: I was told that parking was 500 meters away, but that was not true. No parking nearby at all. Internet did not work for us AT ALL! Very frustrating. Would not stay here again unless I was riding the train!
Pros: Close to the chateau and to other places of interest - everything was within walking distance. A pleasant hotel, small but beautifully formed!
Cons: Unfortunately the station car park (opposite) was closed for renovation which meant parking some way away and carrying suitcases quite a distance.
Pros: Very nice, well positioned hotel. Almost across the road to Versailles Chantiers train station and about 15 minutes easy walk to the Chateau, and other pleasant areas. Self service tea/coffee refreshments were available all day/evening. Continental breakfast was good with a nice selection of items. Lovely aircon (sometimes you may need to ask reception to turn on your access)
Cons: Although the room details specified it was sound proofed, the windows didn’t seem to be. Being on the 5th floor there was surprisingly still quite a lot of street noise and station building work heard, with the windows closed. But not at night just from about 7-7.30am. Any noise/activity in hotel itself was quiet. There was a safe but not working.
Pros: Right across from the train station! They let us leave our bags and then use a toilet downstairs by their laundry area to change before leaving.
Cons: No facilities at all in the room nor within the hotel, it was literally a small room. My pregnant wife had to get into the bathroom very carefully the sink, shower and toilet were all so close!
Pros: Very clean, good location.
Cons: We had issues during check-in and check-out: for check-in the employees seemed confused by the reservation we had and couldn´t locate it in their system, even though they were provided a full documentation printed off a website. Only after five minutes of waiting in silence and asking what was wrong they said they cold not find the reservation in their system. For check-out, when it came to paying, our room reservation had the wrong credit card data attached (it belonged to someone else) and my card details they took while doing the check in were nowhere to be found.
Pros: Spotless with great air con and a lovely Indian restaurant around the corner
Cons: Location was in the middle of a busy area with lots of road works
Pros: The hotel is Lovely the location is superb staff helpful and friendly
Cons: No bar/drinks area

This hotel has facilities measuring 1076 square feet (100 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: everything , just a little disapointed about the restaurant in the cabine ( near the lake ) no longer doing diner . otherwise , everything was great
Pros: Restaurant was amazing
Cons: Room a bit pokey
Pros: The woman on the reception desk (Lara?) was very professional. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: This is a very overpriced hotel. I don't mind spending €300 on a night somewhere lovely, but this is not worth it at all. I stayed in a handful of places in France on this trip, and this was by far the worst value for money. The bar was awful. The staff really didn't seem bothered (eating and drinking behind the bar, taking a long time to come to the table after acknowledging us). Two cocktails came to €34, not including service, and they tasted like water/juice. Fair enough, they were based on traditional recipes, so I expected them to be a little 'different', but the price was just silly for what was offered. The bar should have been great - the location is lovely - but I would steer clear.
Pros: Beautiful location by the lakes and forest Amazing restaurant Comfortable rooms and spa
Pros: The property was an absolutely wonderful surprise. The setting was amazing and we had a delightfully restful stay.
Cons: The cost of the food was expensive but generally worth the money.
Pros: The rooms are neat and clean. The location is wonderful. We have stayed here before with no problems unfortunately that was not the case this visit. Upon check out, they asked how our stay was. I told them and they got the owner who apologized for the air con. He said they were trying to get the air con fixed. He was so nice and kind, he gave us a discount on our room because of the problems. That was very considerate. I would stay here again to see if it has improved. I like the location and the beautiful gardens.
Cons: When we were taken to our room, the girl announced in the hallway before she opened the door, we were going to be charged for my husband’s service dog ( chein guide). I tried to explain we were never told there was a €30 charge for room cleaning, but my husband was so tired I said ok. Then, The air conditioning was not working correctly ( we ran it for seven hours )and our room was still an oven. At 24:30 we got up, got dressed went downstairs to ask for a different room because we couldn’t sleep. The man said they were totally booked up, so we asked for a fan. He was so nice to find one. It was much better with the fan, but unfortunately by that time I was only able to get four hours sleep because of the hot room.
Pros: Room was excellent. Lady on reception was very pleasant.
Cons: Noise at 4 am every morning woke you up as the laundry was picked up every day outside our window We tried to check in early and couldn’t. Told we would get a call when room was ready - didn’t. When we checked out they tried to charge us for room upgrade which we weren’t aware of. Michelin star restaurant was closed for the entire time of our stay. Location isn’t ideal either. Picture in bookin.com suggests it is remote but in fact it’s directoy on a main road.
Cons: Our experience in the hotel was disappointing. On arrival we asked for the SPA treatments and the receptionist, with a smile on her face, told us that the SPA was fully booked for both days of our stay. They didn't even gave us access to the pool or the jacuzzi. There is absolutely no point on coming to this hotel if you don't have access to the Spa. And staying in the hotel doesn't ensure you anything. We were never informed, by email of by phone, that we should book our treatments before, is not even written on their website and no one really cared at the reception, they seemed to be used to the situation. As if that was not enough, we arrived around 12:00 so after leaving our suitcases in the room I came back to the same receptionist to tell her we would like to have lunch, she told us both restaurants were fully booked and we could wait until 15:00 in the afternoon for the cold menu and have some cheese. Not really how you expect to be treated in a place you are paying 300€ per night with no access to the spa, breakfast or any of the meals included.
With a stay at Hôtel d'Angleterre in Versailles (Saint-Louis), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Palace of Versailles and Parc des Princes. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area.
Pros: Wonderful friendly staff. The lady was very pleasant and flexible
Cons: Rooms were very small but very clean
Pros: Location was amazing. 1 block from Palace. Front dest allowed early check in as the room was ready which was a bonus.
Pros: Clean comfortable room in excellent location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing given price. No fresh fruit.
Pros: Nice stay in Versailles the hotel was in a nice quiet area lovely garden, great breakfast, friendly staff and located close to a fantastic place to eat and close to the palace and gardens.
Cons: nothing bad about this place
Pros: Hotel was in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff- I had emailed them before arrival about leaving luggage at the hotel as I knew we were going to arrive late morning. When we got there one of the rooms was actually ready anyway. Hotel member of staff gave us a map and recommended where to eat and what we should see in Versailles and highlighted it all on the map.
Pros: Cozy and lovely hotel with very friendly staffs. All speak English very well and provide an useful information for sightseeing. A bit old, but room condition was well-maintained. Heating system was also good. Location was perfectly central and it was easy to access(even by walk) the palace and garden etc in Versailles. There are lots of shops and restaurants right next street.
Cons: No facilites for tea/coffee. No parking lot for hotel guests only, and public parking near the hotel is quite limited.
Pros: I loved the bed and the view of the garden! it was really beautiful and very near to the palace. We were so tired and we just melted into the comfy bed!
Cons: The halls were a little dark and the switches were a little hard to find. It wasn't a big deal, but I support energy saving methods.
Pros: There isn’t hair dryer in the room and some light was not working!
Cons: Staff was very friendly and kind!!
Pros: The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We were able to leave our suitcases while visiting Versales.
Pros: Fantastic location. Very close to Versaille Palace and close to some very nice restaurants. 5 mins walk to train station with regular trains to Paris. Friendly helpful staff and small garden where we enjoyed a rest . Comfortable, clean beds, good wifi and quiet at night
Cons: The decor is tired/worn around the stairs areas and in bedrooms. A refresh would be good. The reception and bar/sitting area were fine though. The toilet room was very small, and light didn’t work. Breakfast was average. The receptionist seemed to be trying to do her job and manage breakfast aswell. Overall, a good stay but improvement is needed is certain areas

Cons: Room carpet was dirty. Room wasn’t ready at time of check in but was soon after
Pros: Perfectly clean, nicely decorated. Bed and pillow comfortable. Breakfast is ok I was just missing some vegetables.

Pros: The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the industrial sector and is perfect cost-wise for business stays. The only shortcoming was the breakfast which was terrible. There's a nice variety of restaurants in the area which was a good surprise.
Cons: The breakfast
Pros: The location is good. But if you travel by car be careful, because the underground parking is 1,90 m highand is very tight.
Cons: In the last day of my stay, I couldn’t have breafast with my family because the food has been finished (at 8.00 a.m.). The explanation of the receptionist was that there was a problem of delivery and this is it, even though I have paid to have breakfast she told me it’s free and this the reason that the food was finished imedialtly (very unpolitely). This is a lack of respect for the tourist. The table for the breakfast and the zone for taking the breakfast were dirty. It was awfull.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hotel located close to big supermarket.
Cons: Parking is located-2 level. Gates are narrow and turns are difficult for car like VW Passat. During breakfast choice of cheese is very small, there is plenty of people and food disappears very quickly, but there is not enough staff to fill up missing food immediately. Better is eat breakfast at 08:30.
Pros: Breakfast is nice , but no vegetable. And fruit not available on second day and third day.
Cons: Vegetable not available in breakfast
Pros: The cleanness of the room
Cons: The parking , you should pay 10 € per night
Pros: Modern decor. Very polite and helpful staff.
Cons: The underground car park was very tight

Cons: Bathroom and shower
Pros: An excellent breakfast with an extensive menu.
Cons: Bathroom facilities. For instance it was necessary to climb into the shower to use the only soap available!
Pros: Lovely welcome, room ready before check in time! Comfy beds, powerful shower & cleanliness.
Pros: Descent rooms and cozy place for foreign travellers as well business travellers.
Cons: Restaurant does not have variety dishes.
Cons: The uncooperative attitude of Front Office Staff - ONE GENTLEMAN IN PARTICULAR
Pros: Everything! Love the hotel. It’s nice and new too
Cons: Too little staffs. The staffs are sometimes unable to speak English.
Pros: Location idéale for HEC graduation
Cons: Did not warn for change of breakfast schedule resulting in no breakfast. No tracking for bagage storage. Long wait for service at the bar.
Pros: Location great for my office. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bath plug didn't work, had to keep water running. Not enough bar staff - had to wait a long time to be served.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Unique if you hate going to HEC for some reason.
Pros: A very nice place to stay, accommodating staff, nice foyer that feels like a living room. Restaurant and bar were excellent!

See hotel page Laurent Girard and his team welcome you at the doorstep of Paris, in Antony. The Originals Boutique, Hotel Maison de l'Abbaye, holds an unusual place steeped in history and surrounded by nature. Now a hotel, the building used to be a religious training center and the retirement house of the Marianists, with its chapel remaining now the only trace of its former life.In this peaceful, quiet place, guests here can regenerate and enjoy the comfortable rooms in a spiritual setting like no other.
Pros: an old cloisters transformed into a Hotel - could be a winner. free parking. close to RER station. friendly staff.
Cons: rooms are small and a bit dingy, ours was not really clean. breakfast so-so, coffee was not good. the house as such is nice but its interior ambiance is really more that of a hostel. overall, it would be OK if they wouldn't charge as much - but for €140 the night, I'd really expect better. Even in a Paris suburb.
Pros: The lady said she cannot help us when i asked for a possibility to print, she said she was too busy.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Closed to every thing (RER, restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacy..) Comfortable room, nice and quiet even though there was work being done in the front yard. Beautiful building and watm interior decoration. We will be back with family. And would recomend this place to our friends
Cons: We would hope the wifi worked. Unfortunately it did not during our stay maybe due to the work being done at the front yard. I am sure it will work better the next time when we come back
Pros: Great parking.
Cons: Breakfast was overpriced and not good. Staff did not work all of their posted times.
Pros: I like the easy transportation that you can take, subway 5 min from hotel.
Cons: Our floor smell very bad and the buffet is very expensive compare with the service.
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: In the cheaper rooms where you share the bathroom it's better to use earplugs since the doors are not well insulated. But if you arrange for that it's all fine.
Pros: Amazing building Room was disappointing
Cons: Room size and decor was not fitting with the opulent building
Pros: Location is good
Cons: No fridge and safe
Pros: Located short distance from metro station, easy to access the tourist part of Paris without staying in the middle of the chaos.
Cons: The shared bathroom wasn’t always 100% clean.
Pros: We liked the simplicity, everything for our need, no more no less. Comfortable, stylish and very quiet. Very easy access from the RER (train to Paris 20 min) and the shuttle to Orly airport
Pros: Quiet. Decent low key room. Amazing windows. Lots of church bells close.
Cons: Short hours at reception desk on weekends. I never got an email with the information on the door code and code to get keys, so had to rustle someone up using the emergency telephone number in the door.
Located in Chevilly-Larue, B&B Hotel Orly CHEVILLY Marché International is within a 15-minute drive of Grande Galerie de l'Evolution and Paris Catacombs. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, an elevator (lift), and a vending machine. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very peaceful
Cons: A little bit distant from transportations
Pros: Good breakfast (buffet), suitable room, not a big room bit good enough for one night before flight.
Pros: Sarah the receptionist was amazing, the hotel exceed my expectations, I fully recommend it.
Pros: It was near the aiport in a quiet street. The bed was really confortable and a silent bedroom. Also the breakfast was really good with warm croissants :D. Small but very good i like it a lot! Both staff were very friendly to me they should learn English.
Cons: The receptionist was very friendly but she didn't speak English. Please teach her English she is great with another language she will be even better staff. But she was quick using Google tranlator and evrything was OK.
Cons: Dirty toilets and no shower gel available.....
Cons: Towels are much too small Eating options are overpriced for the location, because you must purchase from a machine that includes delivery fees
Pros: Only the location. Very near the airport.
Cons: The booking reference was not found by match the automated reception system (2 numbers short). The audio assistance was terrible. Only spoke french (not even english!!!!), and even hang up during the calls. More than an hour (by midnight) to get into the room. Humiliating, disturbing situation.
Pros: Good Value for Money hotel with free parking 30 min from Paris center. Clean and modern. Everything is done automated, even to get room's key (ATM receipt), without the need to catch reception's working hours.
Cons: Industrial area. No shops around. Car is needed to approach Paris center.
Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable and enough if you look for a hotel for sleeping only. No disturbing noises.
Cons: The bathroom is a little bit small and it has not neither hand towel nor hand soap, only one shower towel. On the other hand, breakfast is not very good, there are not so many variety of products.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was a pleasure staying with this hotel althougj if you are commuting, its a bit far from the train station. All in all it was good place to stay!
Cons: Not accessible to public transport.
Pros: the hotel was near the Palace of Versailles
Cons: The room smelled of cigarette smoke, yet it was a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained quite badly
Pros: the friendliness of the staff was so accommodating that i stay one more night, the food was good. a real joy to stay at a friendly hotel.
Cons: the weather it snowed all the time "in Paris really"
Pros: Fitness, breakfast
Cons: The sink was 90% clogged, the cleaning staff did not take any measures during 4 days
Pros: For one night our way to returning our rental car in downtown Paris, this place worked fine.
Cons: There was little in the way of food within walking distance and driving to restaurants was challenging due to the hotel’s location.
Pros: The location was good for our trip to Versailles. The bus which stopped 100m away from the hotel went directly to the Palace of Versailles and was much easier than taking the car.
Cons: The air conditioning was broken necessitating opening the window but the smell from the bins outside was awful and all the smokers stood in the entrance directly under our window. We spent a lot of time trying to adjust the air con during the night, to be told the next day that the staff were aware of the problem and it would be fixed that day, but it wasn't. The bulb in the bedside light was missing but the technician wasn't available so it couldn't be replaced!!
Pros: Staff is very professional and kind. Always smiling. The room was non smoking, so doesn't smell bad. Not very far from train station and supermarkets (15 min in average by foot)
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness. Not cleaned correctly, and the small trash in the room also was smelling very bad.
Pros: That the children had their own room so the adults could watch tv x
Cons: The view of the building opposite x
Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff. Alas they forgot to warn us for the Chinese group.
Cons: Climatisation not working while T° >27°. It is in the hands of an external firm who will start it at the end (!) of june. Incomplete breakfast (no eggs, bacon, ...) due to a Chinese group plundering the buffet and blocking the only coffee machine for an hour. We were not told to wait till after the group would leave to have breakfast when we paid for it at check-in. We needed to leave early so in that case we would not have ordered breakfast. Refund of the breakfast would have been appropriate and appreciated.
With a stay at Hôtel de France - Versailles, you'll be centrally located in Versailles, a 1-minute drive from Palace of Versailles and 13 minutes from Parc des Princes. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: The breakfast was expensive but included a good variety.
Cons: There is no air conditioning .
Pros: breakfast was disappointing as the croissants and eggs had all gone when we got down. Coffee was good and so were the juices. Adequate fresh bread as you would expect in France, decent cheese but poor quality jams in sachets and hams/salamis were not that tasty. Bed was good. bath and shower were fine. And position faultless, couldn't be closer to the Palace.
Cons: Staff at breakfast were not that helpful, shrugged that we should have been down earlier?
Cons: When I was taken into hospital my Wife asked to keep our room longer. She was told that was not possible as they were fully booked. Fair enough, but after helping us with ambulance etc I feel they should have made some effort to help my wife find another hotel.
Pros: Nice comfy and great location
Pros: Fantastic location directly opposite the Palace of Versailles, parking outside if available (pay machine) or opposite in the car park. We had a lovely view of the palace from our window. Continental breakfast included. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful we arrived late but the restaurant manager kept the kitchen open to accommodate us. The food and red wine was excellent.
Pros: The position near the Chateau.
Cons: Breakfast was not as good as expected and the room was quite small with no storage areas
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Bad ventilation in toilet. Towels were dirty. Aircondituoning dial broken.
Pros: Everything was really good! Thanks a lot to the wonderful staff!
Pros: Staff location and rest next door all exc.
Cons: Tea/coffee in room. More fruit /yoghurt at breakfast.
Pros: Decore Situation
Cons: almost 30° in the room, no climatcontrol Breakfast is very basic impossiblity to get the invoice the staff in the Restaurant is very impolite and rude

Pros: The location good for the weekend activity of Taiji. On site parking is a bonus. Easy access from the autoroute.. As usual, the staff were pleasant, efficient and professional Reasonable price.
Pros: Great, leafy location rather than the usual outlook from a Heathrow hotel. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Parking GDP16 per night but we only paid GDP75 for two including breakfast, so no problem. Recommended.
Pros: Very clean. Extra pillows. Eco friendly toiletries. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.
Cons: Prices at the bar-fat too steep for what was on offer
Pros: The rooms are a reasonable size, comfortable, warm and clean. The ability to park on site is good. The staff are always pleasant and polite.
Cons: The breakfast could be of a better quality, (not just at this IBIS).
Pros: Good breakfast. Parking free. Near to Orly airport. Small terrace in the garden
Cons: Space for suitcases in the room
Cons: First and last greeting was unpleasant as staff insistent we pay the local tax per person which booking.com had already charged. We showed the full receipt to show we had paid but the member of staff made the whole check in and out process unpleasant
Pros: clean room, close to Orly airport - 15 minutes by car, the breakfast was good.
Cons: the pillows weren't comfortable, the room was a bit small.
Pros: Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, nice breakfast, nice hotel.
Pros: Clean, warm room, not too small. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff, on site parking. Reasonable price. Within minutes of A10.
Cons: Breakfast could be better .... true of most Ibis hotels.
Pros: Perfect for late overnight stop travelling from UK, and to avoid Paris traffic the following morning as we set off for a full day driving South. All smooth, secure car park, friendly reception. Very smooth experience.

Pros: Bed comfy Shower fine Spacious room Dinner tasty !
Cons: Air- con in room wasn't working. It was a sultry evening anyhow which meant the room wasn 't Comfortable to sleep in. G &T very expensive!!
Pros: Good value for money. Modern reception and breakfast area. The rooms are clean and basic. No fuzz / Not to many frills. the parking with direct access to the hotel's first floor.
Cons: Some areas look a bit dated.
Pros: Proximity to the river Seine and walks. Easy access by car to Versailles and St Germain.
Cons: Room was very dark so always had to have a light on.
Pros: Nice hotel with good staff
Cons: Nothing, all good
Cons: Staff was very kind Except one lady working at the bar
Pros: The lobby was furnished nicely and there was a Starbucks coffee
Cons: We arrived late and unfortunately the restaurant of the hotel closed at 22.30 so we decided to go around the neighborhood looking for a place to eat. Most of the restaurants’ kitchens were closed so we decided to buy some sandwiches and eat the at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we wanted to sit at the lobby to eat and not take the food to the rooms where we had a double bed, a sofa bed opened for our daughter and a crib for our 18 month old. We had very little space to move. The staff member from the front desk very rudely called us and told us that no food from outside was allowed. When we tried to explain that our daughters needed to eat something and that upstairs they would just make a mess he rudely told us that it was a rule... He refused to give us water since the bar was closed meanwhile in our room the minibar was empty. I would not categorize this hotel as a 4star hotel.
Pros: Big and comfortable hotel
Cons: They charge 18Euro for breakfast which is higher
Pros: I like this accommodation in the periphery of Paris. You can make a walk in the neighbor hoods and along the Seinne.
Cons: The restaurant organization and logistics can be improved.
Pros: I like the quality of the hotel. It is located on the Seine (I believe) and is in not a super busy suburb. Comfy room and overall a good place to stay. I will book it again if I'm in Paris and want to stay in the Versailles area.
Cons: Nothing about the facility itself. Its about 45 minutes to downtown Paris (Arc du Triumphe). This is the third time I've stayed here and each time has been great. Breakfast is kimda pricy, so that would be my only complaint (18€ or so is steep!).
Pros: front desk staff was more than friendly. room to the backyard are really quiet.
Cons: Hotel needs definitely to be refurbished - rooms, bathroom looks warn, wall dirty and damaged. Window and windowsill really dirty. Restroom in lobby disgusting and in very bad shape. During breakfast staff was literally pulling may plate from table while I was still eating. Paying over 200 EUR for this experience is not acceptable.
Pros: Quiet rooms with more space than expected, safe and free of charge parking. Direct connectable rooms for families.
Pros: It was quite easy to get into Paris from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to La Defense. Free parking was also nice.
Cons: Stayed during two business weeks, two different hotel rooms. First week: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke upon arrival. Second week: After asking the staff twice to look at the heat in my room (over period of 48 hours) they informed me the heat was not working in my room. Extremely furstrated, but they moved me to a room with working heat.
Pros: The restaurant, attitude of staff, car parking facility
Cons: The hotel is old fashioned and tired. Needs refurbishmenet
Pros: Small, but fully satisfactory fitness studio, good comprehensive breakfast
Cons: Windows cannot be opened fully to get enough fresh air from the outside, rather cold room - heater inefficient
Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The price of the breakfast is a bit too high. The location is a bit out of town. Taxis cost a fortune.
Pros: Breakfast, parking for free, safe and in the same hotel.
Cons: Not much to do around the hotel. Always need of public/own transport. Most people was helpful but some of them seem to be permanently cranky. Sometimes you felt like I was doing something wrong by asking something like paying in advance my room...
Pros: the reception staff were very helpful when i asked a question
Cons: i did not like the price we had to pay for our evening buffet, especially as we had to pay the full adult price (25 euros) for our 8 year old son!
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Pros: Excellent breakfast included in hotel charges
Cons: Not free Wi-Fi internet access but for additional charges
Pros: The bathroom was very very clean and the service from the front desk was excellent. They were very nice and accomodating.
Cons: The carpet looked as if it needed to be replaced. The rooms were a bit smaller than proposed. However, they were a comfortable size in comparison to other hotels in Paris. The food was just ok could have been better but it was still ok.
Ideally located near the Vélizy 2 shopping center, only 3.7 miles (6 km) from the Palace of Versailles, 9.3 miles (15 km) from Paris and accessible by the T6 tram, the 4-star Mecure Paris Vélizy hotel has 182 modern and spacious rooms. Want to relax after a day of work or sightseeing? Come discover our restaurant and our bar with a musical lounge atmosphere. An indoor heated pool and a fitness room are also available for guests to use.
Pros: Close to a shopping centre and Restaurants
Cons: Bathroom was dated. Fridge did not work which was not a good sign when the temperature was 35C. Also, most 4* hotels provide you with an assortment of creams and shampoos. When we arrived there was nothing in the room. I had to ask for a shampoo. I also asked for a conditioner and my request was ignored - not the way to treat a guest.
Pros: The location was convenient to reach my office and also to a near by Shopping Mall where you can shop and also have a choice of several restaurants. The breakfast spread was great and a real delight to start your day! Sparkling clean and wonderful staff!
Cons: All good!
Pros: Room design
Cons: Internet was soooo slow and when we complain they say the hotel is full, attitude of the staff cold and frigid
Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were nice and processional. The breakfast was awesome. The location was far from tourist attractions but with the help of the staff we had no problem to get to the places we planned. We really enjoyed staying in that hotel. If I go to the Paris again definitely I will stay there.
Cons: It was far from tourist attractions.
Pros: The room was perfect for 4 people, refidgerator in the room and a hot pot for coffee. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was amazing. Breakfast was the best we had our entire stay in France, Scrambled eggs and real bacon, My boys were in heaven. Lots of choices for breakfast and a coffee machine for cappuccino. Great location, huge store across the street to stock up on water and snacks. The hotel has secure parking!
Cons: I loved it all. But don't tell your guests that the bus to the palace of Versailles comes every 10 min, it doesn't. We decided to risk it and drive there ourselves,, We got there at 10 and there was plenty of parking.
Pros: Large room warm pool
Cons: Clueless staff giving false information regarding bus times and opening times for the Auchan supermarket.
Cons: to far from city central- i ended up spending mire in uber in a day than the cost of the hotel per night. Airport is about 30min away w/ no shuttle, and the staff was lacking knowledge of the language
Pros: Staff very friendly and quickly reacted to all our requests. Breakfast very good! Just 50m away good BBQ restaurant.
Cons: Swimming pool is actually very small and there is only one shower in the changing room area.
Pros: With public bus Phebus 23 you can travel from the hotel to the Palace of Versailles in 35 minutes for 2€ pp. single way. The indoor pool and tasty restaurant made it a perfect stop-over for family with kids near the highway.
Cons: This is a hotel in a commercial/business area. Clean and calm area. Hotel parking is payed extra.
Cons: The floor in my room was so cold it literally hurt to stand on it. The front desk staff was at best arrogant. The Wi-Fi was spotty.
Pros: The breakfast selection was great. Hot Food was actually hot and an excellent selection of fruit, bread and cheeses. What I really liked was the excellent coffee machine! I also had dinner in the restaurant which was well cooked and reasonably priced
Pros: The breakfast was great!
Cons: I travel to that zone oftenly for work and need ti work at my hotel room. The chair was absolutelly uncomfortable, it was horrible. Very disappointing. I had to work a lot and couldn’t do it sitting there. It was a pity because the price was very high.
The 4-star Mercure Paris Orly Rungis Aéroport hotel is located 5 minutes from Orly airport and 15 minutes from central Paris. The hotel is accessible from Orly airport via a free shuttle bus. Generous buffet breakfast with a panoramic view of Paris. Ideal for leisure stays and business trips, the hotel has 28 spacious and renovated meeting rooms. Fitness center, restaurant, private car park and free WIFI are also available.
Cons: Over price..!! Not worth it stay there for €255..!!
Pros: Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was a full size bus. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Upon checking out, I told the person at the front desk we had three breakfasts. He did not give me a receipt and said it would be e-mailed. As I expected, we were charged for four breakfasts and now we are back in the United States. I tried e-mailing the hotel with no response.
Cons: Many promises that was not there. Slippers? Bathrobe? None. The coffe table at the reception area was not even free. I almost got embarrassed when I try to have some coffe while waiting for the bus, and the reception told me I HAVE TO PAY. tell U what put a note conspicuously. This is not free.
Pros: the room
Cons: No staff around I has a chicken salad and it was horrible , wine was very over priced
Pros: The staff was really friendly and the check in was smooth. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a superior room with espresso machine and soft drinks in the minibar. It was great.
Pros: The buffet breakfast although expensive was very good. The staff were helpful.
Cons: First room not as described, the advert and description state it was renovated which it was not, was shabby with broken doors, damaged finishes and a grotty bathroom. When moved to another room this was better but still not great, beds were not comfortable at all (and on castors so constantly moved about!), bathroom had no towel radiator so was cold and had nowhere to dry towels, there were no hooks for clothes and the towels were small, shower had no thermstatic control so temperature varied whenever another room used their bathroom. The room was also not very clean and the light hanging over the chair was too low, when sitting you would hit your head and then the dust would fall down - all in all not very 4 star or Mercure! Save money and stay in the Ibis - cheaper and the same (or better) rooms.
Pros: The unexpected quality of the restaurant
Cons: Clearly there were insufficient staff to service the restaurant. The underground car park was hard to find.
Pros: True to the pictures. It s quiet and cosy. Everything you need before/after a long flight. The shuttle to the airport is a big plus. All staff is very friendly.
Cons: The tv at the bar was a bit loud.
Pros: The lady at check in was very friendly as well as the one from room service
Cons: You can’t open windows- food quality is for the rather high price really bad
