Mismatch between Kayak price and Hertz reservation
Pros: Nice car, great location, GPS included.
Cons: It took > 30 minutes to resolve a difference in rate between the Kayak promised price (which I had in an email) and the rental price that was at the Hertz desk in Bern. This should not have been a problem if Kayak's process with Hertz was clear.
