Terrible experience- only 1/4 tank of gas in it when we got in it, maintenance light on because it needs oil change, car windows very dirty and could barely see out of front windshield when it started getting dark, smelled like smoke inside, brakes bad - had to push all the way to floor for them to work, extremely low tread on tires - the tech at tire shop noted it to me when I went by because the low pressure warning light came on the next morning after it sat overnight.

We should’ve been told upfront how to drop off the vehicle. We got there and there were no signs or directions on what to do.

Friendly staff at pick up and lower price than I expected. But then charged higher price at drop off! WTF? That Sucked! I called and talked to the staff at that location in Duluth,GA and they would not work with me to reverse the extra money I was charged. Also the car had a broken windshield wiper switch and I had to hold it the during the massive thunderstorm for over 1.5 hours while I drove. Very dangerous not to have both hands on the wheel in a massive rain. Not to mention light care and bad brakes. Test your cars before someone gets hurt! I will be NOT be considering Enterprise nor any affiliated rental car companies in my future rental cars and searches.see above #IWillNeverRentEnterpriseAgain

Yes very helpful, and not only that but i was very satisfied with the customer service i was in and out within 3 minutes with my reservation.I can not think of anything that could have made my experience any better while visiting the Enterprise location.

Staff was as helpful as they could beRequirement of credit cards for pickup of rentals should be made absolutely clear beforehand. I even had a deposit taken with debit card, only to have been told I must have credit at the day of. I was out of state and had to find another method of transportation home, spending a lot more money and was unable to pick up the vehicle at all.

The vehicle was relatively new.They should have been up front with their fees. I got hit with fees that doubled the price of the rental. Never encountered this at Hertz

Nothing.We prepaid for a car rental and then our plans changed 10 days prior to the rental date. They would not refund our money, but if you don’t pre-pay you are not penalized. Messed up. Never book with this company!

It was an awful experience overall. I didn't like anything and I will never use this company again.I arrived at the Buckhead location and there were 2 agents behind their desks talking to each other and no customers. Neither looked up nor greeted me. When I approached the desk and said good morning the woman said in a very sarcastic tone " I said Welcome when you walked in". They both stared at me, neither offering to assist me. I walked over the the woman (Kennedy) and she started to look up my reservation. I asked if I could use their restroom and she told me I could walk to the hotel next door as their restrooms were not open to the public. I reminded her I wasn't just the public, but a customer, and she still would not allow it. I advised her I would be leaving my car overnight in the parking lot of the strip mall where their store was located. She advised me that if I did so my car would be towed as they did not have permission to use the parking spaces located in the strip mall. There was no signage anywhere prohibiting parking, or dedicating the spaces to other stores, but she was very adamant that if I left my car it would get towed. She advised me that I should have taken an uber, as most of their customers do. There is nothing on the booking site that states no parking. I suggested that a store lease typically allows for customer parking and she said it was not the case. At that point the conversation had become very unpleasant and I felt like she would probably have my car towed just to prove me wrong. I asked her for an alternative for parking and she offered to cancel my reservation, which I accepted. I have pictures of the ample parking available directly in front of the store, with Kennedy in the background telling me I was not allowed to take pictures. The entire 20 minute transaction was so rude, and the threat of having my car towed was so real that I didn't feel I had a choice. I was forced to look for a last minute alternative and was late to my business meeting as a result of this grave inconvenience. The ticket number she gave me for my cancellation was #02461640. I have not yet received my money back. I would like someone to contact me.

When I went to pick up the car at your Buckhead location the facility was closed. I had to take a taxi to my destination. I have my credit card company getting my money back.You could have had a person on duty to process my receiving the car. I said I would arrive from the airport at 6::00pm. Due to traffic I arrived at 6:15pm. It was inconvenient and very stressful.

I ended up not renting the car because I requested a pick up time of 5 pm and it turned out the location closed at 5 pm. When I called customer service to work out a solution, I said to the customer service rep it would have been nice if the woman, with whom I spoke when I rented the car and who knew I was flying in to Atlanta from out of town, had informed me of the closing time. His response was that it was my fault for not telling her there was a possibility I might be late. An argument then ensued and he would not concede the point that it would have been good customer service for her to inform me of the closing time. Basically, he wanted to win an argument instead of providing good customer service. I will not rent from Sixt Car Rental again.I believe above explains what could have been better.

Nothing. Team was very inflexible and wouldn’t let me switch sites.Called customer service on site and was bounced back and forth from Sixt to Kayak several times looking to use the credit $190 for a different rental. Emailed sixt customer service and they said I was out of luck. And can you credit just for their location. I don’t travel in that area ever and will never use the $190 in sixt credit. We booked a vehicle for nine days and made full payment for the same. About 10 minutes before our pick up time, the company’s representative called and advised that the vehicle was not available due to some accidents and they would arrange a replacement vehicle in the next 3 hours. The company made us wait for the next 5 hours and failed to provide the replacement vehicle resulting in cancellation of our trip and undue hardship. The company handled the whole affair extremely unprofessionally.

This was an absolute scam in my opinion. It led me to believe it was at the International Atlanta airport. It was at a private airport. I could not even gain access to get the vehicle. Nothing, my prebooked a rental car and was told I wouldn't get it on time and to always book hours before....that makes no sense.Everything, this locations was unprofessional and clearly understaffed.

When I was initially given a vehicle that was full of animal hair and cause my allergies to flare up, the location quickly remedied this with a new vehicle; however, the vehicle that I was given as a replacement was not serviced & had the gas light on.The vehicle that was not serviced ended up being inoperable. All of the tires were filled above the psi noted for the vehicle. The tire filled the greatest amount instantaneously went flat while driving and to others had slow leaks. My trip was delayed and I missed the graduation that I was traveling for. Hertz was unwilling to remedy this beyond crediting a service fee because the rental was not purchased direct.

Office hours were wrong online and the office closed sooner. They didn't call to let us know or check in to see if we had issues with our flights that might delay our arrival. Upon check in, the staff was extremely rude to me and my family and didn’t offer any solutions. They kept saying “I am sorry we are closed”. My reaction was obviously out of frustration because of the long flight and trip to get there but also because of their lack of empathy and care. The Manager suddenly walked in and help but not before accusing me of speaking “loud” to their employees when that didn’t happen. My family was with me at all times, they are witness of my behavior, and now we are waiting in front of a closed office (which wasn’t supposed to be) and an unfriendly staff that provided no solutions to our situation until the manager came. The manager was not helpful right away, her response was also “I am sorry we are closed and we clocked out”. Ultimately, I kept pleading and asking for help, she open the office and finally gave me a car. The car - We got a car that had almost 52,000 miles on it, bad brakes, bad balancing of the tires and something was off with the wheel bearings. The car was dirty inside and out, you would think they had a car cleaned in these Covid times or that they would have a clean car waiting for us since we had a pre-paid reservation but NO, everything inside and outside was dirty and dusty with open bottles of water and trash all over the vehicle. We needed the vehicle and go on with our vacation so we had no choice but to keep the rental as it was. We didn’t feel safe driving it but it served its purpose. We called Hertz to try to exchange or replace the vehicle the day after we rented it and they gave me an incident # to take to a nearby Hertz store which we did but the manager told me they didn't have any vehicles available. So we had to keep the car in the condition it was and try to have a good vacation. Sometimes it is what it is but we definitely feel we lost our money with this rental and will never ever use this service or company again.

The pickup location was convenient.The car was an absolute mess when I picked it up. The outside was covered in dirt from a snow storm. The Indians had used napkins, empty drink bottles, and someone’s trash from A Popeye’s meal. The gas tank also wasn’t full. I complained, but all the desk agent did was note my concerns in the system

Wasn't allowed to rentCustomer Service representative was as helpful as could beMade a reservation 3 week prior to pickup day. Walked in to rent the car, which I was informed there were NONE LEFT. The car that I had made the RESERVATION for was given away. I was offered a different car that was "5 tiers higher", but was going to get "the best discount available". So NONE of the information I was emailed three weeks before was even accurate. When it came time to actually pay, I gave my debit card, (which I have used to rent cars before) I was informed I could ONLY use a major credit card. Once again, none of this was mentioned in my confirmation email. Needless to say, nothing could be done, and I missed my Thanksgiving. Thank you Avis .
