The staff at Enterprise were professional. They were hesitant but did discount our rental after bringing up the issues we had with the vehicle.Cons:
The minivan smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it before we rented it, so it wasn't properly screened or cleaned. The 12 volt charging ports in the vehicle also didn't work. The slow charging usb ports were the only power sources for charging phones.Budget
