Pros: The low price if I could have used the car for the entire time without it having to be brought back.
Cons: The difficulty of using a different credit card and being faced with having to find a ride to go pick up my credit card from home.
The car had a problem and no one even suggested fixing it.
I returned the car due to the problems early. Good thing I found another car.

Pros: Car was good to drive but was not that clean.
Cons: Had to wait for 45 minutes to rent the car though the booking was done online. And they took 15 mins to process my request and give me the car. The other Hertz rental locations are pretty fast

Hertz service just continues to under-deliver
Pros: Car was fine, that's about it.
Cons: Every time I have to deal with Hertz, it seems to get worse. First, it took nearly 45 minutes to pick up my car because the gate agent was incompetent. Then when i returned the car, they tried to charge me more, and when I protested, they said it was because I was an hour late, then they decided that it was because I hadn't returned the car with a full gas tank. When I pointed out to them that I returned it with the same amount of gas that I picked it up with, they admitted they were wrong and reversed the charges. I don't know where they found these people, but I won't be going back.

Cancelled our Reservation onsite and didn't refund us money
Cons: We were denied our rental because we tried to use a debit card and they ran a credit check (our credit scores aren't great). Which wouldn't have been a problem normally, but it was Sunday just before noon. All the rental car places around us close at noon on Sunday. By the time they told us they couldn't rent to us, everywhere else was closed. It took us 2.5 hours to find a replacement car and we had to uber 20+ miles to go pick it up. Then to top it all off they didn't refund us our money.

Pros: Dropped off after 1200 miles in another state, all easy.
Drop at hotel chains is possible as well

Bad experience. Poor. Negative. At Canoga Park office.
Cons: 12pm reservation. Had to modify payment. Vehicle wasnt ready. They had to clean at 1310hrs. I didnt leave lot untill 1340. I am a gold member and travel on different states. Never had a bad experience like this. No excuse on how they handled situation. No manager on site. Even on return on 04/08. At 1145am. Long line. Only 1 person at the counter. Very bad service.

I'll never buy a Jeep
Pros: The Jeep we rented was comfortable enough, and had enough space for airport pickup and drop offs.
Cons: The Jeep was not a good automobile. The passenger door gasket fell off within an hour of when we rented it. It has poor brakes, poor rearward vision, has no power and gets mediocre gas mileage. Had I known, I would have preferred most any other similar style automobile.

Cons: i had ti turn car in early was told the pre pay would be put back on car called after a week to ask why the charge was still on it was told i would be called back about it soon been 24 hours no call...i will dispute charge if i dont hear back today
