Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

i was charged $140.00usd for my backpack the only luggage i had was my backpack

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

Discomfort has become a feature in Avianca flights. That isn’t terrible on short, local flights (most of them 1-2 Hrs)… but a 7-Hr flight with no water, no coffeee, no nothing (unless you buy it) is just not right. Uncomfortable seats, almost inhuman space between chairs, in long-haul flights needs to be reviewed by airline. And unavailable entertainment system doesn’t help either. Flight was safe and on-time, which isn’t easy to achieve. But all other features aren’t features: they’re a modern way of torture. Avianca really needs to up their game, or bluntly declare: we’re an ultra low-cost airline, and fees will drop accordingly.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!

Cut off carry ons, had to check, got on and there was plenty of bin space. Disappointing.

We were told there would be no food/beverage service due to turbulence. There was very little turbulence on the 2+ hour flight. I was in First Class and thought they could have done a quick service after take off as they had a quite bit of time before we would be reaching the predicted turbulent area. They could have at least passed out a quick bag of pretzels.

My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!

Food was very average. And top up drinks offer was absent. For a 11 hour long flight that should be the minimum. The crew didn't want to be there. I understand it was new year day but given they had signed up for it

It was Christmas and the crew was awesome. And the passengers were patient.

They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.

The seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Definitely my last time flying spirit.

Very bad, delayed flight. I was offered 2 vouchers for inconvenience, but those vouchers aren’t usable. Spirit airlines is betraying people.

I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.

Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

I particularly did not have no problem with my backpack, but a few people in front of me did. The chairs were really uncomfortable. Unless is a super short flight for over a weekend I wouldn't take this airline.

I DID MY CHECK ON THE SCREEN AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAD TO REPEAT IT AT THE BOARDING COUNTER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, ALSO I HAVE ONLY ONE BACKPACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED IT TO DO A RANDOM REVIEW OF ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE THERE AND THEY DECIDE THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH EVEN THE MEASURE WAS OK, WHICH WAS A WEIRD SITUATION AFTER THEY REVIEW IT AND IT WAS OK, I HAE TO DO AGAIN THE WHOLE LINE TO INSIDE THE PLANE, THEY ASKED ME ALSO IF I WANT A MORE ROOM PLACE WITH IT THINK WAS NICE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME, I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT AND I DON'T WANT IT THEN I NOTICE THAT WAS PLENTY OF OPEN CHAIRS, MY THOUGHT WAS WHY THEY DON'T ASSIGN THOSE CHAIR TO THE TRAVELERS TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF HAVE THEM EMPTY.

Do I need to call them or will you handle my complaint ? I paid for one carry-on bag. my email said up to 50 pounds when I got to the counter they charged me $79 more for my 48 pound bag!!! they said nope only 40 pounds. My email says 50 pounds. !!! I’m out another $79!!!

Everything could’ve been better. Crew members were rude, entitled, unhelpful, and most of all just unprofessional in every sense of the word. Flight was delayed, gate was changed, bags took about an hour to be delivered. Honestly, it’s the worse possible experience I’ve ever had flying!!! That’s my review… Nothing is gonna change nor anyone will address this so writing this is even useless…
