Friendly staff with a quick & easy rental and drop off. The pick up truck was immaculate.

Cons:

There is no exterior signage for this rental location, which is inside a hotel. I had to call ahead to confirm that your rental center was there.

Hard to say -- arrived at scheduled pick up time, and they were closed with nobody answering phones until two days later.

We arrived at the rental location and they were out of cars. They did not communicate the issue, and we had to wait an hour in line to find out they were out of cars and could t guarantee we would get an SUV that we had reserved but we could wait 3 hours for them to get more cars. We cancelled the reservation and booked with a different rental car agency.

They tried to cancel or adjust my reservation the same day, two hours before the pick up time. I requested a 12 seat van and after i pre-checked in 2 days before (through their website) a manager caled me 2 hours before my reservation letting me know that they do not have the vehicle in stock.
