Enterprise here I come!
Pros: Comfortable ride.

Pick up and drop off was easy.
Cons: Rented car to go to wedding in New Orleans. Car was dirty on the outside and filthy on the inside. Complained to customer desk and they said that was not uncommon. After picking up the car and going to a car wash to wash and clean the filth inside I noted the inspection sticker was expired. That ticket would have been on me for not reviewing everything about the car before leaving... Will go to another rental company next time if this was a common practice to not clean vehicles before rental.

Pros: I an a Hertz long time customer and have had excellent cars up until now.
Cons: I received a Louisiana flood derelict car that had to be delivered to New Orleans from Gonzales without my knowledge. We were in a hurry and I had no time to bring it back and get a new one. It was totally dirty inside and outside and the cigar smoke was so bad, we had to wear masks with a smell killer to drive the 60 miles to the airport. The seats were so dirty that my wife's travel outfit was smudged and needs dry cleaning. We were on our way from New Orleans to Switzerland.

Pros: The Hertz folks at the Gonzalez pickup were a bit slow. And then they gave me a car that needed 2+ gallons of gas, even tho the contract read that the tank was full.
I dropped the car at the New Orleans International Airport (MSY). The people there could not have been nicer! The woman attendant was kind, professional and quick. They enabled me to arrive at my gate expeditiously. Bravo. All is well that ends well. Thank you for this service.
Between the two, my rating would be average (like for the person who had their head in the oven and their feet in ice water who reported that on sum, I am about average).
The car reeked of cigarette smoke. Instead of a good cleaning, there were four air freshners hanging from the rear view mirror.
Cons: They made me to stay in a long wait and yelling at the customers. Thats a bad sign. You don't want your customers to be treated that way. The car is out of shape and they din care about it. It was so bad, that I have to return the car before the expected date of delivery. Anyways I expected a lot from Enterprise as I usually rent cars from them, but this is the worst ever journey....

Staff was unbelievably rude
Pros: The car was fine.
Cons: The staff was so rude. When I declined the insurance, because I purchased Kayak's coverage the manager came over and was so condicending to me. Another staff member, who was supposed to be helping me, stopped and started processing another client whom he apparently knew. Lastly, the entire office was full of customers complaining about their experience with this location.

Great car, awesome price, excellent customer servi
Pros: I ended up with a free upgrade sure to lack of availability for what I originally reserved. The Toyota Camry I got was clean, comfortable and obviously well maintained. The gentleman who picked me up was polite and friendly, made getting the rental picked up easy. I got caught in traffic when returning the car and the staff stayed a few minutes after closing for me and didn't make me feel like it was a major inconvenience.
