The Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience in renting a car and the Staff at Enterprise could not have been more helpful. The service was EXCELLENT!10.0 Wonderful

-Car was clean. -It did not break down. -Cheep one way rental.Cons:
-Pick up address in Carson City was closed, as in not there! They moved but still had the old address on the pickup instructions. Had to wait over 20 min. for some one to bring the car to this "Old location." -Vehicle had issues starting off the line, ok when moving but not right. -AC did blow cold, but not as cold as a vehicle this new should have. -Drop off person at SJC unprofessional, did not want to do there job. My review is based on renting cars all over the world for almost 30 years.Hertz

Pick up at Ritz Carlton is a long trek to business center, no way to really check out car with agent. Valet hands over keys for dirty car you didn't order and short on gas. Would have to go back to long distance agent to deal with concerns. Not recommended. Best to pick up at Truckee airport where you can talk to agent .and not have to tip valet for his help.2.0 Poor

I am waiting for my refund as the local hertz office did not have the car that I booked. I was told by a hertz manager that I would be receiving a refund but have not yet heard back. I will be reporting the charge to my card as fraudulent bc the services purchased were not delivered.10.0 Wonderful

Booked the car, got to Hertz rental at the Truckee airport and the guys said they were out of cars because of the airshow. I asked them if they planned ahead and brought in more cars knowing the airshow was happening, they replied no. Idiots. They said they would call me that afternoon or the next morning when they got some more cars. The next morning I called and left messages and never heard from them at all for the three days I was there. I ended up walking and taking the bus instead. What a bunch of slacker idiots they have working there!!!Avis

I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who took the time to explain the insurance policies, while also getting me prepped and ready to go for my road trip in no time. I was given a VW Beetle and it was in great shape and drove very smoothly.10.0 Wonderful

I loved the car and renting the actual car was great.Cons:
The cost of the car at checkout was actually TWICE as much as Kayak stated. It went from $250 up to $450 and that's a huge junk that I was not expecting and couldn't afford. Nevertheless I was in a foreign city set to drive to another foreign city so I had I choice. This just makes me very hesitant to rent from a third party in the future. I check very closely to see if the companies provided shuttle service to the airport upon returning the car, Kayak stated it did, yet when I got there tjeu told me to get an Uber. Another unexpected cost & took extra time that I didn't have before catching a flight.8.4 Very good

The staff was friendly and helpful and the price of the car rental was 50% of what it would have been if I had rented it at the airport location.Cons:
I didn't like that the only way to get the 5 miles to the Reno rental car location from the airport was to take a taxi which cost $16 each direction. I wish that had been made clear to me when I rented the vehicle. Also, the wash bay was broken so the car exterior was very dirty which was unfortunate but understandable. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was fine.Easirent
