Never was told that the location for pick up closed at 1pm. When called enterprise they were useless an lied to us . Sending us to other location which the woman on on phone said they had a car for us. In transit I called that location an was told they didn’t have a car. We finally got a car from other car rental company that cost us $100 more an it wasted 2 1/2 hours of our vacation. Would not recommend enterprise to anyone.

Pros:

Nothing! Got to the company and they didn’t even have any cars available. They stated that they haven’t received cars back in from other users so they would have to call us when a car was ready. Ended up canceling the reservation and not having anything. The customer service was VERY unprofessional and unbelievable. If they knew they didn’t have any cars, they should have called everyone to let them know. It was 4 other reservations that came in the same time I was there and had the same issue.

Cons:

Next time if they know they don’t have any cars they need to block out receiving reservations instead of taking my money to book a car they know they don’t have.

Cuando llegue al punto donde debía recoger el carro me informa el trabajador que no hay carros para rentar lo cual es ilógico a que tenía una reserva previa, me descontaron los 40 dólares de mi cuenta del seguro de un carro que nunca usé porque ustedes estaban overbooked, exijo el reembolso de el dinero que descontaron.

Paid some big bucks for tolls up front when only encountered one toll, after manager said there would be various tolls. BUT, didn't have to fillerup at the turn in!, a surprise, a good surprise !

Everything was very smooth and no hidden cost. The van is new, and the service is very good.

The car was clean and what I expected. I didn’t like the slippery language used to entice me into buying their insurance. The sun pass at $12.99 a day is ridiculous. They say the charge double the toll fee, which prompts one to agree to the charge. However the fees I saw were 66 cents or 92 cents, meaning unless you’re there to drive for Lyft or Uber you will not surpass 12.99 a day. Total rip off.

The cabin was loaded with German roaches. They traded my van to a smaller van had to rent another vehicle to compensate. Can't get a hold of anyone when calling to get price adjustment for the smaller van. Horrible experience.

I was searching for a car at MIA airport. The car reservation ended up at a different location so I lost all my money and had to book a car at the counter while was double the cost.

Hertz and kayak were not honest in their representation of the service provided. I would appreciate it If kayak and hertz would reach out to me. I am a gold member with hertz and I was given the run around. Nobody assisted me with retrieving my car. I had to go with another car rental service because my car reservation was not honored.

The line to wait in was confusing and long at the airport. Someone at the sent us (as well as 4-5 other renters) outside after 25 minutes of waiting in line to only be told we had to get back in line. Thankfully someone let us get back to the part of the line we were in so we didn't have to wait longer. Our rental car smelled like marijuana and we had already loaded everything in so we just dealt with it after letting the person at the rental spot know. The plate-pass toll system has charged me 3 times, in June, July, and now August, to use their tolls in a state I don't even live in with a car I don't own. It's as if I have a subscription now and I only rented their car for 5 days, back in June. I think there are some issues with their overall rental process, customer care, etc. I have yet to hear back from anyone and I've reached out twice.
