I do not like that they make the rentals for every 24 hours. It doesn't work realistically for renting a vehicle (especially when you're paying for 3 days but only get it for exactly 48 hours). I will not be using dollar again. Also, a $200 hold is a little excessive. I've had $100 held before, but $200 is a little ridiculous. Because of the way they do the time for pick-up and drop-off, it was very hard to schedule for when I actually needed the car and they wouldn't work with me.Hertz

It was so hard to get to talk to anyone because of phone problems at Hertz.. When we returned the car during regular business hours, it would have been good to get to talk to someone and know the exact final charge for the car rental. However, the final charge was exactly what we expected.National
