Rental not at airport
Cons: We used the airport identifier for pickup/dropoff location and kayak/priceline gave us a local rental office 35 miles from airport with no shuttle service. Enterprise car rental company was not at all helpful resolving the issue.

Pros: Good service. Nice car. Great price compared to other rental car companies in the area.
Cons: Just a tad little long for pickup/drop off. I think that is because they were very busy with other customers.

Unclear Pick-up location
Pros: Car was nice, clean, and drove well, but the pick-up location was unclear when booking online. Instead of being at the airport or the enterprise office 5 minutes down the street, we had to pick up our car 30 minutes away and pay for the Uber to get there. Definitely not satisfied with the third-party booking agency at this time.

Fabulous Car Rental Value
Pros: My Enterprise car rental through KAYAK was HALF the price of anyone else for this time period. Even the agent who checked in my return commented on the great price. The car was clean and reliable. Enterprise was immediately responsive when I (incorrectly) thought I had locked myself out. I could not have been happier.
Cons: They had computer problems that made the car pick up lengthier and more complicated than usual. However, I expect that was a one-time issue.

AP price too hgh
Pros: Great car and excellent return
Cons: Since AP enterprise was so expensive I had to take Uber 15 miles from AP for pickup.

Pros: Great customer service -- both in person and on phone
Cons: My search request was for a air at TPA airport. My reservation was 15 miles away and would have had to take a cab. Hertz told me $280. I was stuck so said ok. Told them no additional insurance just the fuel option. Charged me $29.95. A day for LDW. I called and was told I had to come back 100 miles. They screwed it up, not me. Never again use Kayak or Hertz

Pros: Quick in and out
Cons: I should not have to go just a few miles from the airport to get a price that is reasonable. I should not pay three times the price to rent from there

Cons: THEY DID NOT HAVE A CAR WHEN I ARRIVED AT TPA AND WOULD NOT HONOR MY PRINTED PRE PAID RECEIPT.SENT ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHICH WAS CLOSED AT 4:30 P M ON A WEDNESDAY.TOOK 23 DAYS TO GET MY $559 PREPAY BACK.HAD CLAIMED $280 IN OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES,WITH RECEIPTS AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE IN A MONTH.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 45 YEARS OF BUSINESS AND LEISURE TRAVEL.

Pros: The customer service was very courteous and friendly.
Cons: The car wasn't in the best shape. It didn't break down but the interior wasn't very clean. And it needed a paint job.
