Pros:
The young man working the counter was pleasant while telling me that they had NO CARS, NO POWER and NO WAY TO GET ME A CAR.Cons:
The reservation system needs to be in better sync with the rental location so when there's an issue like NO POWER at the pick up site and NO CARS available, a customer doesn't waste money taking an Uber to the store only to have to waste more taking another Uber home!!!3.2 Poor
Dec 2018
Pros:
That I finally received a rental.Cons:
The guy who checked me out was completely untrained and unfamiliar with how to complete my rental. He had to ask a colleague multiple times for assistance and still made mistakes on my rental. The checkout process was long and tedious. Insufficient lighting in the parking lot to inspect the vehicle. The facility was filthy. The car I needed was not available and they gave me a downgraded vehicle.10.0 Wonderful
