Ease of picking up the car and dropping off8.0 Excellent
Jan 2018
Pros:
Model of carCons:
Advertised online for $32.99 a day, final estimated price being $78. Ended up being charged for one day and one hour, yet it was somehow $98. Don't see how that adds up.10.0 Excellent

Pros:
Staff was fine, but they will let you reserve a car, arrive at pick-up time, just to tell you they don't have any cars available??? Why can you reserve a car...IF THERE AREN'T ANY AVAILABLE??? FIX YOUR SYSTEM.Cons:
I don't know, actually have what is being advertised and agreed upon.10.0 Excellent

Pros:
Best car rental ever!7.6 Good
Aug 2017
Pros:
They did not have the SUV that I actually rented, but I felt they were very accommodating and found me a nice enough automobile. Although I would have rather had the SUV, the car was fine.Cons:
The place needs some signs so that people know where to go to pick up and drop off. The Hertz office is behind locked doors, and unless someone happens to walk by and let you in, you have to stand by the locked door until someone sees you. The sign posted on the door with phone numbers to call for assistance has bad/wrong phone numbers!5.2 Okay
Apr 2017
Pros:
The agent, Rosie Ball, was very gracious and professional.Cons:
The car had over 40,000 miles on it and the tread on the tires was very low. I had to drive thru heavy weather so it was very scary. The key fob would not open the trunk.4.8 Okay
Mar 2017
Pros:
The person working the office (Rosie) was very pleasant and helpful.Cons:
Zero signage at the road, parking lot, or building. I called from outside to confirm the location and had to take an unmarked elevator to the second floor. The door in the lobby had a note "Do NOT knock - call________ for Hertz assistance" Very strange, awkward, and tenuous. Only one person working the office so when she went down to help the other patron, I was left alone in the office until her return. (Again an awkward experience.) To top it all off, the car was covered in mud.6.8 Good

Dec 2016
Pros:
I liked the fact that after Enterprise tried to jack up the price by $60 on the phone Kayak had a bigger car at a cheaper price. Never call Enterprise for a rental go through a website like Kayak to protect yourself.Cons:
I got a quote from Enterprise on a rental then called back 20 minutes later to rent it and Enterprise increased the rate by $60 dollars. They claimed the price went up in the last 20 minutes but Kayak had the car at the origional price and th3 next morning I checked it was at the origional price online. They don't seem to think the consumer is very bright.6.0 Good
