We ultimately got a better car than we had reserved at the lower price.Cons:
We reserved the car for 1pm Sunday. The Avis store closed at 1pm. We were 5 minutes late, so no car. Avis gave us an alternative pick up site, but attempted to charge more because we changed locations. There should be a warning if your scheduled pickup or drop off are within 30 minutes of store closing.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We ordered a minivan and confirmed but they didn't have one on site when we arrived for pick up. They offered another vehicle but it was not comparable so they then located another minivan and had it driven over to their office. At took about 45 minutes longer than planned but I was thankful that a accommodated me.10.0 Wonderful

There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them.
