I reserved an automatic SUV. I received a manual compact. When I complained they said that’s all we have. I had no other options so I took it. And paid the same rate.

We arrived in Puerto Vallarta and were told that they had no cars, but if we wanted to wait around we could get one for 2300 a week. Our original price was 467 .. very disappointed.
