Pros: Enterprise was very accommodating. They did not have the car I booked but very quickly upgraded me, at no charge, to a larger vehicle. The staff was all very nice and friendly.
Cons: I have a tight budget so of course, I would love to save a little more money.

Cons: It was an act of congress to get everything set up ?! Tons of forms , all kinds of paperwork, I've bought cars with less ??
Took me hours to get all that was needed ??
Left 4 hours and about 40 miles going to get all this stuff ??
Made my hotel reservations with 5 minutes to spare , after I'd already had to change them because I wasn't gonna make the original time ?! Customer service was friendly and promised that we'd be taken care of and discounted, but as of this day , I haven't heard or seen anything ?!?!

A trip of unexpected expense
Cons: I spoke with 5 different people over the phone, 5 different timea, before i actually showed up for the rental. I wound up with a Much different car that was smaller than we expected. And i was forced to pay $250 versus the $61 that was agreed upon online. No where online did i see anything about $250 deposit, nor was i told by any of the 5 people i confirmed with that there was such a charge! And when i complained to the manager i was told "well you never spoke with someone here! You must have spoke with the call center people" as if that made it better

Car was confusing to operate, no specific temp on A/C for example and when playing song via Media it showed how long song was but did not count down so don't know where you were in the song

Nice car, not customer service.
Pros: The car was in good shape, got great gas mileage and was comfortable to drive.
Cons: The Enterprise representative attempted to scare me into insurance and all the extras, to the point that I was anxious about driving the car out of the lot. There are ways to sell insurance without making the buyer apprehensive about the purchase.
Cons: After confirming online about my booking, I am told that they dont have available car once I reached the location.

Pros: I liked the person at the Hertz location when picking up, very helpful. A lady from Michigan.

It was okay
Pros: We got a free upgrade to an SUV. Drove great, was very clean and drop-off was easy and fast.
Cons: We walked into the office and no one spoke to us. We had no idea where to go or what to do. There was no one in the office. There happened to be a guy from a different division there, but he never spoke to us or let us know that he'd be just a min. It was also quite dirty in the office. There were about 4 customers including me and we waited for almost 30min before anyone even spoke to us.
Pros: Value was good, local location not at the airport, I travel 18-20 times per year with work and I'm part of the Avis rewards program and more than satisfied 98% of the time.
This was clearly the exception and I'll never rent from the Avis at 875 Mansell Road, Suite C, Roswell, GA, 30076.
Cons: The car had clearly been smoked in a lot and recently, but I was rushed so didn't change, later I found sunglasses, a hotel receipt, and a parking ticket so clearly had not been cleaned prior to my rental.
When I returned the car after 3 days I was "threatened" with a $100+ cleaning fee if I didn't clean the car. It is my habit to clear/clean the car so I don't leave or loose anything and I had done that. We found a nearby gas station and paid to vacuum & detail the car.
I have NEVER had to clean a rental car, especially one that was not clean when I picked it up...
Very, Very Frustrating Experience!
The more I think about this the more I'm convinced that this location is saving time and making money by manipulating customers.
