Value for the money was horrible. Car drove terribly. Missing gas cap. Got caught in a rain storm and the tires couldn’t handle the wet roads and actually made me very nervous even at speeds ten mph slower than the flow of traffic. Seats were covered in stains. Trunk spare cover was broken and spare wasn’t even stored away properly. Even though the car only had less than 40k miles, it sounded terrible trying to start the engine.

All around good experienceThe people were friendly. The car was great.The gentleman assumed because I’m from Colorado that I smoke pot. There was a mention when he went over the no smoking in the car policy. don’t assume.

There was no car available at the Hanover location and the attendant wI personally located a vehicle at the Plymouth location by calling there. They were able to honor my reservation and were helpful. The whole experience took us Several hours out of our way and was a complete inconvenience.Kayak should reconsider using hurts at this handover location. It is understaffed, staff is unqualified and there are no processes in place for improving customer services. Basically, The situation was there are no cars we can’t help you I have no way to get you one so forget it.

Pickup and dropoff were SO easy! One of the most effortless I've experienced. If you want extra options, like the personal liability insurance, you have to ask, though. They don't upsell you like some other places.The car drove a bit wonky.

Dirty carThe people behind the counter were nice.The car I was given was dirty and needed a wash badly. The inside also had a smell. I was offered a different car that had a strong smoke smell, two bad options. It took an hour to pickup my reserved car.
