When we arrived for pick up they didn’t have any cars! Me bc dr even let us know prior to arrival at the facility
Can't reach a person at Thrifty at pickup location. Always sends me to website or automated person. Wanted to change drop off location and found it impossible to get assistance with this whether on website or on phone. No customer service available. Very frustrating!

The thing is is when I went to this location they did not have my car ready nor was my car cleaned I had to leave and go pay somebody to have it cleaned that’s ridiculous especially going through a pandemic that we’re going through now I will never use this location again

I prepaid for my car rental via Kayak/Priceline and Thrifty had no cars available for me, and I was told they had 34 similar reservations they could not accommodate because the system should not have allowed the bookings to occur knowing what the locations inventory would be. I had no choice but to have my payment refunded and I had no car during my vacation in Florida.

i will never ever rent a car from thrifty again and i will make sure to let everyone around me know as well. I reserved a car a month ago and when i go to pick it up they don’t have the car i rented and have no other options for and tell me i have to figure it out myself and in turn made me late for my sisters wedding. horrible service and will never spend a dime here again.
