Pros: One gentlemen was very kind in trying to help me find another vehicle.
Cons: I was told by an employee that "Presidentical" members get priority and all vehicles were gone. This would have been fine; however, my name was on a clipboard, they knew I was coming, I could have and should have been notified prior. Then I was told to call surrounding Hertz locations, this gentlemen did nothing to help. I was not helped until another employee came in and saw that I was clearly upset.

Pros: The location is very crowded, and the signage at the facility could use some work so that newcomers understand where to go and what to do with their personal vehicles. The staff was effective, but they could certainly use some training on how to make the customer feel a little more welcome.

Pros: good gas millage
Cons: Tires were bad, car was not driving good and could be cleaner. Pick up took forever.

Cons: I arrived at the location, only to be told there were no cars available and maybe there would be one in an hour. The very unapologetic and unhelpful employee did nothing to soothe my concern. He didn't offer any suggestions on how I could change things to accommodate their mistake. I was basically SOL. When I called about in about 30/45 minutes to check on the status of my refund, I was told all reservations had been pushed to the next day. I told them that didn't work for me since I was leaving in the morning. They finally accommodated me with a vehicle that smelled bad, didn't seem to run properly and seemed like the alignment was off. In summary, maybe the entire Hertz company isn't bad, but corporate should take a hard look at this location and how it is run!!!

Pros: Value was excellent, and car was at expectation. Pick-up experience was excellent--cheerful, helpful, engaged agent.
Cons: Agent a pick-up had apparently had a bad day. He was alone at the site (and in the "back of the house"), with a number of customers waiting for service. When he appeared, he seemed there against his will.

Cons: The day I was to pick-up the car I had reserved I was told that they "couldn't find one". They literally had one job and could not complete it. I was told a regional manager would follow up and find us a car - I never heard back from anyone. I called the Smyrna Hertz office back and no one answered the phone.
Pros: Car was comfortable. No hassle at pick up. Car drove well. The employee at pick up was very sweet and helpful. Easy to get to pick up location.
Cons: Interior of car smelled awful and never really got better. No other option for stereo besides boring and one dimensional XM radio. Really would've appreciated being able to plug my device in without having to download app. When I droppped off the car there ended up being hidden fees and charges during the rental that I was not informed of until after my card was charged. I was also charged for extra rental hours even though I brought the car back on the date I was supposed to before the location closed. The car also had terrible gas mileage and I was forced to spend a lot more on gas than I should have. All in all it was a shady and unprofessional experience. At least now I know to stay away from Thrifty locations. The employee I dealt with at drop off was rude as well.

Pros: Late to show up for two customers to pick up cars. The car initially offered was small. Got a larger Hyundai but not cleaned, particularly windows. It worked well enough until I replaced a wrecked car.
Cons: My credit card put a fraud protection hold on my card so it declined but i called My cc comany and they lifted it, ENTERPRISE CANT RUN A CARD AGAIN until another 24 hours ALL LOCATIONS. Stupidest thing i have ever heard of and ruined my vacation.
