Minden Car Rentals

Cons: There was no car and no notification of said failure to provide a car, which put my wife and I in a time crunch to find another car. Luckily, after three phone calls, good old, reliable Enterprise came through. I will NEVER use Hertz again... Of course, it's not like I used them this time. But still, NEVER!

Cons: The representative was very rude and inconsiderate. I arrived one hour after pickup time and he told me that he already gave my minivan away and that it was my fault!

Cons: They let me make a reservation and then had no cars at multiple locations, had to upgrade to a truck just to get home
