Small airports
Pros: The only real downfall was dropping off at a small airport. I had to find a proper spot to park the car, log the mileage and deliver all that info to the desk. I received an upgraded car because it needed to go to Appleton anyway. That was a nice treat. Very nice staff.

Smaller than car reserved
Pros: The Pick-up and return of the car was very easy at CWA. The car was ready and running when we arrived.
Cons: The Mazada 2 that we were given was smaller than the Ford Focus I reserved.
